Beautiful boutique hotel with all the modern amenities. Excellent location close to restaurants, shops and lake. Wonderful breakfast included. Very comfortable room with updated decor. Highly recommend.

The hotels location was in Old Town putting in near so many restaurants and charming streets. The breakfast was quite good and the indoor and outdoor dining areas were very nice. There’s a beautiful bar on premises however be aware it’s a cigar bar. We aren’t smokers so it got to be too smoky and we left after 1 drink. It’s an older hotel so the elevators are only big enough for 2 people at once. We traveled with another couple and their room had washcloths in it and ours didn’t. We asked for them and got them, the following morning the housekeeper took them away and didn’t replace them.

The large family room overlooked the bustling actuaries although it was very quiet in the room. The king bed was comfortable. The tiny bathroom was a little inconvenient as well as the high step to enter/exit the shower. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the breakfast staff was super friendly to start each day. The location is superb to walk everywhere unless you prefer riding the many street trams at reasonable rates. Close to great restaurants and shopping in Old Town. Just wish it hadn’t rained!

It's a lovely boutique hotel in the middle of a pedestrian only area, lots of restaurants, close to the tram and to the coop. The included breakfast was perfect, lots of hot and cold choices. The staff were very helpful. Only drawback was the lack of AC. It was unseasonably warm one evening and while the open windows provided a nice breeze, it was too noisy to leave the windows open while sleeping. Would highly recommend.

We unfortunately only stayed one night as we were flying out the following day but this hotel was lovely. From the outside it doesn’t look like much tucked away in this little plaza but we were met with this lovely interior and warm staff. we had a larger suite on the top floor and had a very comfortable spacious stay w/ 2 bathrooms and a lovely view. lovely recommendations from the staff also. breakfast could have been better but it was enough!

I had a very good stay at this hotel and overall I am very satisfied with the experience. One thing I really appreciated was that the hotel accommodated my request to change my room to a quieter one without any issues. This made a big difference to my comfort during the stay. I would especially like to mention the receptionist who assisted me on my arrival ( young, blonde lady sorry I forgot ur name ). She was exceptional — very kind, friendly, welcoming, and extremely professional. She made the check-in process smooth and left a great first impression. The other receptionists were not quite at the same level, but they were still polite and helpful overall. The location of the hotel is perfect, very convenient and close to everything you may need. Another highlight was the daily cleaning service, which was excellent. The room was cleaned perfectly every day . Breakfast was okay. There was a reasonable selection, although I think there is still some room for improvement. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Rooms don’t have A/C so if you want ventilation you have to open the window. Most rooms look down onto a busy pedestrian street with restaurants that is noisy until 11pm or later, so that was my only issue. Loved everything else about the property.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel! This was my first time in Zürich and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel staff was incredible: they stored our luggage, suggested places to eat and places to see, they even let us borrow their umbrella for the day when we ran into inclement weather. Truly, an example of what a 10 star guest experience is like. If you’re looking for history, great food and also enjoy wandering old towns like we do, you found it-this is your place.
