We unfortunately only stayed one night as we were flying out the following day but this hotel was lovely. From the outside it doesn’t look like much tucked away in this little plaza but we were met with this lovely interior and warm staff. we had a larger suite on the top floor and had a very comfortable spacious stay w/ 2 bathrooms and a lovely view. lovely recommendations from the staff also. breakfast could have been better but it was enough!

This property is in a great location, you can walk to all the sites and restaurants are out the front door. The staff were fantastic, very helpful and the ladies running the breakfast are the most polite, friendly, welcoming that I have ever come across in all our travels in Europe and Australia

I had a very good stay at this hotel and overall I am very satisfied with the experience. One thing I really appreciated was that the hotel accommodated my request to change my room to a quieter one without any issues. This made a big difference to my comfort during the stay. I would especially like to mention the receptionist who assisted me on my arrival ( young, blonde lady sorry I forgot ur name ). She was exceptional — very kind, friendly, welcoming, and extremely professional. She made the check-in process smooth and left a great first impression. The other receptionists were not quite at the same level, but they were still polite and helpful overall. The location of the hotel is perfect, very convenient and close to everything you may need. Another highlight was the daily cleaning service, which was excellent. The room was cleaned perfectly every day . Breakfast was okay. There was a reasonable selection, although I think there is still some room for improvement. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The location is amazing, in the center of everything. Rooms are nicely appointed and beds comfortable. Nice breakfast, too. Rooms don’t have A/C so if you want ventilation you have to open the window. Most rooms look down onto a busy pedestrian street with restaurants that is noisy until 11pm or later, so that was my only issue. Loved everything else about the property.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel! This was my first time in Zürich and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel staff was incredible: they stored our luggage, suggested places to eat and places to see, they even let us borrow their umbrella for the day when we ran into inclement weather. Truly, an example of what a 10 star guest experience is like. If you’re looking for history, great food and also enjoy wandering old towns like we do, you found it-this is your place.

This was a great place to stay in Zurich. In old town 10 min walk from the train station and all tram lines. The patio and lounge areas were quiet and a nice place to unwind outside of the room. Our room was big for Europe standards and overlooked the public plaza. The breakfast was decent and had a good variety of choices. Would stay there again.

Fantastic location within the altstadt. Huge praise for the breakfast staff, they are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Always smiling. Breakfast is a fantastic spread of many options. Room was clean and quite roomy by European standards.
