Great location! Central everything important in old town. Including restaurants, shops, trains etc. Welcoming staff and accommodating. Facilities, rooms and breakfast were excellent.

I arrived early in the morning before check-in and the staff was absolutely amazing! They held onto my bags and put them in my room before I got back. They provided me recommendations things to see and do, which the location is perfect because it’s right in the heart of Old Town, providing so much to explore! I chose a moderate room but it was incredibly comfortable and met the need. And the breakfasts… Absolutely top-notch! My favorite area was the family lounge. I found myself relaxing in there every evening with a cup of coffee and just decompressing from the days activities. I’m so glad I chose The Wellenberg and would do so again!!!

Loved this hotel for our 1 night in Zurich. Beautiful spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast was wonderful, staff friendly, and the BEST fondue restaurant right across the square. Highly recommend!

A very good location about 10 minutes walk from the train station and ideal base for the old town. A satisfactory room but the toilet / shower room was a little tired. The library and its coffee/ tea facilities was excellent as was the breakfast. No on-site restaurant nor bar but that wasn’t an issue. Recommended.

Great hotel in the heart of old town. Location is amazing, near historic buildings, Lake Zurich and many restaurants. Staff is great, Dennis from the Front Desk recommended a great Fondue restaurant. My only complaint is that the rooms are very small but I think that is the standard for all hotels in old town.
