房間整潔，面積偏細，地理位置方便，但我們住2樓房間的窗外就是2樓露天花園，早餐時間由7時許開始，住客可以選擇在露天花園用餐，因此用餐的人和房間內的人只有一窗之隔，加上瑞士少開冷氣、多開窗，房間內正在睡覺的人很容易被用餐人士嘈醒。房間內沒有雪櫃，整體性價比低。

General comments for my stays in the past week. The service was good. However, the Room facilities and cleanliness needs to be lift up immediately. 1. Stains and hair found on the sofa. 2. Wine cellar ventilation fan was noisy which woke me up during the night on my 1st stay. 3. Toilet bowl cover loosened. 4. Stains and hair found in a towel. 5. Curtains in the bathroom was dirty. 6. Basin was stained 7. Hair dryer was very dirty and dusty. 8. Stain found on the bed board. 9. There are screw holes in the bathroom wall that were not finished.

The large family room overlooked the bustling actuaries although it was very quiet in the room. The king bed was comfortable. The tiny bathroom was a little inconvenient as well as the high step to enter/exit the shower. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the breakfast staff was super friendly to start each day. The location is superb to walk everywhere unless you prefer riding the many street trams at reasonable rates. Close to great restaurants and shopping in Old Town. Just wish it hadn’t rained!

The hotels location was in Old Town putting in near so many restaurants and charming streets. The breakfast was quite good and the indoor and outdoor dining areas were very nice. There’s a beautiful bar on premises however be aware it’s a cigar bar. We aren’t smokers so it got to be too smoky and we left after 1 drink. It’s an older hotel so the elevators are only big enough for 2 people at once. We traveled with another couple and their room had washcloths in it and ours didn’t. We asked for them and got them, the following morning the housekeeper took them away and didn’t replace them.

It's a lovely boutique hotel in the middle of a pedestrian only area, lots of restaurants, close to the tram and to the coop. The included breakfast was perfect, lots of hot and cold choices. The staff were very helpful. Only drawback was the lack of AC. It was unseasonably warm one evening and while the open windows provided a nice breeze, it was too noisy to leave the windows open while sleeping. Would highly recommend.
