KK Sapa Hotel

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional five-star service at KK Sapa Hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure and temperature, perfect for a hot shower after a long hike. We stayed during Christmas, and the hotel had a wonderful festive atmosphere with beautiful decorations. On Christmas Eve, they offered complimentary mulled wine, gingerbread, and fruits in the lobby for an hour, which I really appreciated. The hotel also has a gym and a pool, and despite the cold winter in Sapa, the indoor temperature remained very warm. One of the best touches was that we could still shower on the pool floor after checking out, perfect for freshening up after hiking. The hotel is impeccable in both hardware and service, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. Highly recommended!

Hôtel is clean. It’s a bit away from the loud area - about 10 min walking distance. Facilities are just as seen in the picture. Good spa and gym. Very good breakfast- but very busy especially when they open in am. The best part about the hotel is gorgeous view of Fansipan mountain and Sapa. Would stay again

Amazing views, definitely get the mountain view rooms

We stayed at KK Sapa Hotel in September 2025. Although it is advertised as a 5-star hotel, our experience did not meet expectations. Upon entering our first room on the 17th floor, we immediately noticed a strong, pungent smell resembling urine. The smell was not coming from the bathroom but was strongest at the entrance. When the staff delivered our luggage, we asked about it and were advised to contact reception. A staff member came to check, acknowledged the smell and inspected the carpet, but the source could not be identified. The hotel sprayed an air freshener into the room while we went out for dinner. When we returned, the same smell was still very strong. We called reception again; they agreed to give us another room but said that because this was a “better” room than our original one, we would have to change back to our original room type the next day. This new room was on the 10th floor. In the morning we were told to vacate this room by 12:00, but at the lobby we were informed that our third room would only be ready at 14:00. When we finally received the third room — also on the 17th floor but a few doors away from the original — the same urine-like smell greeted us again. After experiencing the same strong smell in two separate rooms on the 17th floor, we began to suspect there might be a mold or moisture problem in the building’s upper-floor structures.

Flott hotell, store og fine rom. God service. Litt hard seng. Veldig god frokost, stort utvalg og meget god mat. Resturanten var helt middels, stor lokale med få gjester fører til at det blir litt upersonlig. Maten var grei, men fikk ikke beskjed av betjeningen at man burde bestille grønnsaker og ris til kjøttretten. Spiste ute resten av oppholdet.

시내까지도 가깝고 시설도 좋아요. 직원들이 친절해요. 한나가 여행일정과 공항가는 리무진 예약을 많이 도와줬어요.

Beautiful hotel. Delicious breakfast

KK Sapa is one of my favorite hotel that I have stayed in. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The Spa is great and the breakfast is superb. Room is super clean and beautiful! I have recommended this hotel to all my friends who are planning to visit Sapa!

Hotel con vistas impresionantes. El trato del personal maravilloso. Cerca del centro. Se puede salir por la planta 1 o directamente desde la planta 15. Tiene todo tipo de comodidades. Totalmente recomendable. La habitación 1503 muy bonita.

Nice hotel

We stayed at KK hotel for 3 nights. We had mountain view room and the view was just amazing. Breakfast was very nice and had lots of variety. It's just 5 minutes walk from Moana Sapa Easily Access to markets and restaurants

The view from our room was spectacular. Walkable to city center. Didn’t like that they allowed smoking in the balcony so we didn’t get to go out at the balcony and enjoy mountain air that much. Our neighbor smoked all day. Also staff at the reception were all over the place talking in loud voices didn’t seem like a 5 star hotel staff would do.

남편과 함께 자유여행으로 방문했는데 호텔도 깨끗하고 직원들도 모두 친절해서 여행하는데 불편함이 없었어요 조식도 종류가 다양하고 맛도 좋았어요 선월드 모노레일 타는곳까지 걸어서 7분정도면 충분 했어요 호텔 입구가 1층과 15층 두곳에 있어서 차를 이용할때는 1층 로비를 이용하고 도보로 이용할때는 15층 로비를 이용하면 편리해요. 모하나도 15층으로 나가서 우측으로 내려가다보면 코너에 있어서 도보5분이면 갈수 있어요 발코니에서 바라보는 경치는 정말 환상적에요 100% 재방문 의사 있어요
