It was a great stay! I enjoyed myself thoroughly and even though we checked in like in the wee hours of the morning, the staff was all ready to greet us. We had a seamless check in experience and I love the room. It was spacious and clean! I love that it was so close to the city centre as well!

We stayed here for 4 days and it was an amazing experience despite the fog and all. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful during our stay. They always put their best to make us comfortable and enjoy our stay. Shout out to Ms. Lucy, Ms. Sam, and Ms. Jenny, breakfast lounge staff, and our housekeeping guy, you guys are the best working in the best place! I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again next time we're back here in Sapa, best rate is what they deserve!

The view from our room was spectacular. Walkable to city center. Didn’t like that they allowed smoking in the balcony so we didn’t get to go out at the balcony and enjoy mountain air that much. Our neighbor smoked all day. Also staff at the reception were all over the place talking in loud voices didn’t seem like a 5 star hotel staff would do.

Hotel staff were all polite and friendly. Special thanks to Hanna at reception for her great service and warm smiles when we checked in and just before we left. We were lucky to have a room on the seventeenth floor so had great views. Room itself was spacious and comfortable with good quality fittings and appliances. Great shower and there was also a separate bath. Breakfast options were many including beef or chicken noodle soup and egg station. It can be busy with Asian tour groups so I would recommend going either early or after 8.30 am. Location is handy with a few good restaurants very close and only a five minute walk to the town centre where all the action is, along with loads of more food options and plenty of clothing shops.

This is a nice hotel that is generally well-maintained, but our stay was marred by an issue with the air conditioning, which was not working. As a result, we had an uncomfortably warm night. We reported the problem mid-morning, but it took multiple calls to reception and several hours before a technician finally arrived to fix it. As compensation, the reception staff initially offered only 15% off the à la carte restaurant…a disappointing gesture. Then, five minutes later, they increased it to 50% off. However, this offer came at 9.30 PM, just as the restaurant was closing, making it completely useless. Overall, if something goes wrong during your stay, don’t expect a prompt resolution or meaningful goodwill gesture. Given this experience, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

View was spectacular!!!!! Room was large and comfortable, service we good overall except for pushy front desk man who would only allow us to book anything through him, wanted high prices and limited options. We say no, he kept pushing for more to be booked. We booked first private car and tours through him, the driver never went to 50% of places was supposed to stating that it didnt look good. Yes weather was a bit misty, but we wanted to see the waterfalls…wasnt allowed to. Then was late picking us up at Fancipan, we had to wait for his “brother” to get us cause had car problems. Yet after all this, doorman would not give any discount or hear concerns. Shrugged and said price firm. Water….had no water each morning for a good 5-10 minutes. Turn tap on and hear it gurgle, hiss, spit…everything but flow water out of any tap, then once it did, you either had a LAVA HOT shower or ARTIC ICE one….there was no in between. You pay for view here, nothing else. I believe you can find better value and hotels

This hotel was comfortable and was conveniently located near all of the places we wanted to see. It had a nice big functional bath tub and a comfortable (by western standards) bed. My only complaint is that the aircon seemed to shut off at night (which we actually think might have been because of a light switch we turned off near the door? Unsure) but it was a hot sleep.

Property itself is lovely and well located. Had a great room with a lovely view when not clouded over. The thing that ruined the stay was the staff and service (of which there was none). Staff are rude and really can’t be bothered to interact with you. They even charged me for an umbrella which somehow flung off the end with minimal use which was clearly in a shoddy condition to start with if it can’t even survive its usual usage. Totally not a 5 star experience and quite literally the worst customer service we’ve had throughout our stays at this type of property. Expected a lot more. Very disappointed.

Could not really fault anything about this hotel but recommend you get a balcony for the outstanding views of the rice fields.

We were really glad we booked this hotel because the views were great despite the weather. If it rained all day we could still enjoy the views from the balcony as well as the cafe. Service was prompt and the rooms matched the pictures they advertise well. Things were clean and we enjoyed our stay

Excellent hotel. lived up to the picture's expectations. I Stayed in the PREMIER room, which had a breathtaking view of the landscape. The staff was phenomenal and friendly. They surprised me with a birthday cake on my birthday, which was nice. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Breakfast was also spectacular and endless.

The room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is 5 mins walk to Moana and around 10 mins walk to Sapa Station. The restaurant on the ground floor serves excellent food.
