The room window isn’t sound proof; the first room I was staying looking at the main road, the noise from outside traffic came into the room. The hotel needs to do more for it. Whereas, the staff are very helpful to find another room facing backyard for me to change.

Great location, lovely clean and neat motel. Welcome drink on arrival was nice. Beds and pillows comfortable, breakfast exceptional, price very good. Overnight parking next door convenient $16 total, great walking distance to eateries.
Minor downside - the motel signage could have been a bit clearer or more colourful, front blended in to the coffee shop. Would book again!!

The beds were very soft and road noise extremely loud. I knew the hotel would be busy and extra noise throughout movement in night. Close to Arena and staff were friendly and helpful.
