Nice and polite staff, rooms are cleaned too

The room window isn’t sound proof; the first room I was staying looking at the main road, the noise from outside traffic came into the room. The hotel needs to do more for it. Whereas, the staff are very helpful to find another room facing backyard for me to change.

四星收費，確沒停車服務要自己找付費停車場，早餐選項只有6～7樣且天天都一樣，點咖啡要另外付費，房間內水也給的少。

The staff are absolutely fantastic! The room was lovely. Will definitely be staying again when we come back to perth! 👌

Food very good Service friendly But the noise in the room from road and concerts in particular was terrible way to loud with sirens etc and in general for the price of the room it should have double glazing and sound she be limited.

The breakfast was fantastic, tea at night average. Bar was good $8 pints Hann Super Dry 3.5, no Happy Hour due to RAC Arena having an event they said, not sure why that has anything to do with it. We had a room 2nd level facing arena, pretty noisy, good price though for room including breakfast.

The staff were very helpful and obliging. Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing,

The stay was ok. The hotel is located in the CBD area, but in a quiet place. The rooms are decent in size. The buffet breakfast is a bit expensive for the type of spread served. The room we stayed did not have hangers or stands in the bathroom and floor mats making it incovenient to dress after a shower. There was no partition between shower area and dry area making water splash over to the dry area. No bathroom slippers and floor mats are provided to dry the feet before going to the dressing area. The air conditioner control panel did not have provision to adjust the fan speed, making teperature inside the room difficult to control. When set at 24deg, the room feels warm at night, but when set at 22deg, makes the room too chill to sleep. There were few minor issues that I don't remember now. Please look into these suggestions. Maybe they can add shuttle bus to airport

We were really happy with the gym and the set up was great,we order food in one night and the food was fantastic, the staff were all helpful and polite. We really enjoyed our stay.

Chambre grande et spacieuse, hôtel super bien situé, personnel au top, petit dej varié et copieux ! Le seul petit inconvénient est que les chambres qui donnent sur l’avant (RAC Arena) sont un peu bruyantes.
