本來是一個非常愉快的旅程，我們住在地下的房間兩晚。我出門前掛上了一張告示牌說可以清潔。歸來後發現完全沒有收拾房間。入住時服務員說是每天清潔房間的。最氣憤是第二天早上八時半，有人大力打我們的房門，已經給她弄醒了。九時半又再大力打我們的門，我開門見到一個清潔女工，她對我說： When did you leave?真被她激死了，把我活生生弄醒就是為了她的工作，我又沒有吩咐morning call！房間是有電話的，如果counter要叫醒我們可以打電話給我們，不用清潔姐姐來弄醒我們吧！這間酒店應該跟進一下這樣的服務態度。

Bed was a bit firm, no bedside light or power points

Stayed at Ibis budget Canberra 2 years ago, the bathroom was full of mould. The acor corporate claimed it was the budget part. So we stayed at Ibis Styles Canberra this time. But mouldy bathrooms seem to be the Ibis theme. On the top the Ibis styles did not even bother to refill soap bottles or paper tissues. Figured to use the shampoo bottle as it had the same liquid in as the handsoap on the sink. No complimentary coffee/tea/sugar, unlike much cheaper hotels and motels we stayed in along the way. Stayed at 7 places within 2 weeks, this one was the worst.

A rundown property with no heater in the bedroom. Not a great experience for kids especially during peak winter. The door access lock was not maintained properly and we got locked out of the property and the staff had to get an engineer to open the door lock. Overall a poor experience.

Room much more run down than expected. Walls very thin, very noisy.

Some years since we last stayed here, and we were disappointed in the lower standard of meals - especially the buffet breakfast.

Room was clean enough. The reception was helpful.

Enjoyed my stay, parking at night was a bit of a problem.

Room smelt musty, carpets looked dirty and as old as the hills. Kitchen poorly equipped and very poorly laid out making it difficult to work with. Fridge was on a massive lean and needed throwing out. We had a 2 bed apartment and our daughters single bed had only a thin sheet directly over the old mattress. Spare pillow didn't have a pillow case making it unusable.

Staff were very helpful both at reception and restaurant. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Food was also good and very well priced. thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Tired and hallways were dirty. Buffet breakfast was average and no coffee beans on the first day. Very basic room.

Location was great for what we needed, with adequate parking. The buffet breakfast was good but some days it was very busy and guests struggled to find somewhere to eat. The room was OK but freshened up one day and not the next. Supplies weren't checked as there was an empty tissue box, no tea bags in the room and we had to ask for toilet paper. Staff though were very accommodating and prompt.

The overall stay was perfect

Cabinets were broken. There were towels above door to the balcony. There was no microwave in a family room. Would have been good for medical reasons, we needed. The fridge had water in it so couldnt really use it. Room was way to small for the number of beds. Only 1 chair which was cracked. Would have been good to have somewhere to sit on balcony.

Beds very comfortable bathroom clean. Curtains old and unkempt. Entrance to rooms needed a good vacuum .

Great location for our needs. Very large room size, and was very comfortable. Super friendly staff
