若習慣酒店房間，每天有清潔員工收拾房間，及打掃清潔。則此酒店不適合你。因此酒店須自助式清潔及打掃的。但酒店位置不錯，近購物區，酒店空間較大，有家的感覺，適合自駕遊人事，因交通不大方便。酒店床太軟，不舒服。

整體都幾好，只係太近馬路，有些嘈吵。 至於整潔就有問題，枕頭套有污漬，熟食餐具不太整潔。但是上網問題，比其他國家，就要改進，全球以旅遊為主的個家，都是提供免費上網，如要附費亦不太費，但是澳洲的在酒店上網費太貴了。

Nice room, happy to cook with family. Well equip.

Room was very clean. Staff at reception where friendly. Room was smaller than expected. I had a small studio room, if you are tall you would hit your head on the TV walking around the foot of the bed. It was fine for one night, would need more space for a longer stay.

It was cheap. If you have any sort of trouble getting up a stair, there’s one up to the bathroom, about a foot high. I couldn’t make it and crashed down on to the tiled floor. Quite hurt, at least nothing broken.

The bed was an old pull out couch , bright lights shined into the room all night, and we found crack pipes and weed left in a bowl on the bench of our room which someone cleaned the room as bed was made and fresh bathroom stuff it’s a dump of a place

I loved the location of the property, it is within a 5 minute walk to Jesmond Shopping centre, which has a variety of dine in/takeaway food options + Jesmond Hotel, which has a great bistro. I booked a pet friendly room as I travelled with 2 puppies. The room was excellent for my needs, but I wasn't advised of the extra cost of $20 per day per puppy at the time of booking. I will be staying again at the property when travelling with my puppies

The check in and out was very easy. The apartments was not the cleanest and really needed a good clean. It was in a good spot and close to shopping and easy to get to the hospital

This was a densely packed residential style listing where it appeared there were a number of long-stay clientele. Room smelled strongly of bleach for first day, then damp/mould the following. Bath/spa jets released undesired hairs from previous guests, beds also had some long dark hairs. Room walls are tiled, making for a strange setting. Overall, it was spacious enough, but there were a lot of undesirable sides to this property and the listing should not suggest "executive" anything.

Checking was disappointing room wasn’t ready to n till almost 330

No pay tv although the listing said it was available. I couldn’t cast from my phone to the tv as the tv wasn’t compatible and needed to update the server. Contacted staff and they were no help at all regarding this.

No hot water for showers in the morning, accessing the property is a nightmare aswell as parking.

The property is in a good location and the rooms were comfortable. We had a few small issues and chatted to reception and these were rectified very quickly. The only issue I found was the limited communication regarding the current building works on site which resulted in the impact on onsite parking and road changes based on Main roads works around the location. Would certainly stay again.

It was reasonable, Air Conditioning didn’t work and no remote to be found. And seriously, nobody watches free to air TV in this century. Motel requires urgent update of Smart TV’s

the Unit was completely misrepresented . on Expedia web site it stated washer , dryer ,bathroom ,DV player, etc of which non existed

We had no hot water to take a shower. There was fleas in the carpet.

Would have been nice to have a set of sheets and blanket for the sofa bed, otherwise it was an enjoyable stay

I had to call to get directions to our room as I couldn’t find it with all the renovations, the man that answered was short and rude. The floors were really dirty our feet were gross after walking barefoot the afternoon we arrived. They have been renovated and the room was fairly nice for the price, however when the people staying above turned their exhaust fan on, it was incredibly loud in our room. They left it running all night and it made it difficult to sleep as it rattled the bathroom. Prior to realising where the sound was coming from, I called the reception and was told by the same rude man “there’s not much I can do about a fan, I don’t even know what you are on about” so the next night when the noise came back on we went up and asked them if they had just turned their exhaust fan on which they had. Thankfully they turned it off around 10:30 but it was back on very early the next morning waking us all up again. If the rooms were cleaner, quieter and the aggressive man was nicer, it would be a good place to stay.

Non smoking room stank of smoke. Yelling, laughing & running around during the night. Construction work at my window every day. Was not told about construction when booking.
