Clean and lovely room. Pillows were great, unfortunately bed was very low and hard mattress.
Staff at the front desk was very welcoming and explained in detail all directions to a tee.

Staff were very nice quite friendly
The room was ok, a little bland, the downer was the shower drain that blocked as soon as the water built up, which was off putting took 15 mins to drain before we could have the 2nd shower
Also dried vomit was apparent over the balcony edge, :( also off putting. The restaurant was quite good and staff there also very accommodating

Check-in was super quick, which was great. We’d asked for two single beds (few days prior to our arrival) but the room had a king bed when we arrived. Other than that it was , a nice stay.
