Welcome crew at front desk, very helpful and super friendly, call out to Michael, extremely friendly. He helped with check in, parking, confirmed breakfast was included and explained checkout express. Rooms were super clean and daily cleaned promptly. The breakfast is delicious and very very presented. I am looking forward to my next visit to Melb and I will be staying again at Mecure Southbank. Thanks

The shower was week as,the drain in the bathroom was smelly,accessible bathroom needs a good makeover,sink was too low and no where much to put anything including clothes and toiletries,beds made daily but nothing was cleaned Breakfast was good but in the 5 days they only had beans on one occasion,also no fried eggs available Coffee was decent tho

Great and very convenient location to Hamer Hall, Arts Centre and to the Southbank eateries along the Yarra River. Very lovely when lit up at night. My bed and pillows were super comfy so had a good night's sleep. Staff very friendly and helpful with my questions and their general assistance. Breakfast was good, Barista coffee excellent. 🙂

Beautiful place to stay. Was able to organise early check in, at a cost, but this process was simple and sorted straight away by staff. Great location for heading out in Melbourne

It was so close to the city so location was great . Bathroom floor needed a deep clean. Would have been nice to have 2 ceramic bowls and ( 2 ceramic cofee cups instead of the plastic cups . )

Had a quick one night stay as I was attending a conference in the area. The stay was fine, room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately I got a room opposite the lifts so there was a bit of noise.
