During this trip to Australia, our family had stayed five nights each in Melbourne and Sydney. In Melbourne, we stayed on the 47th floor of a high-rise with a kitchen fully equipped with utensils and a beautiful view. The price was very reasonable. In Sydney, the location of this hotel was excellent, with convenient transportation, an outstanding breakfast, and very friendly staff in the dining area. However, I was very dissatisfied with the accommodation itself. For all five nights, we were assigned to the lowest floor, only the 3rd floor. The worst part was that I actually encountered cockroaches in the bathroom — something I had never experienced before, even though I often travel for business and leisure. After reporting the issue to the front desk, I never received any apology from the hotel manager, not even a note, nor was I offered a room change. On the last night, I and my family didn’t even dare to take a bath in the bathroom, and every visit there made me feel uneasy. Overall, aside from the dining experience, my impression of this hotel was very poor.

離icc展場走路可到 附近Chinatown也很多吃的 離機場開車大概20分鐘 整體來說地點挺好的

Excellent location, room was tidy and clean. Unfortunately the door connected to the room next to us was found to be unlocked, which was a serious mistake. And service was not up to standard - we required maintenance for the malfunctioning TV, but it’s still not fixed after almost a day. I feel doubtful towards the hotel’s rating after my stay.

アメニティの若干の不足があったが、フロントの方にお願いをすればすぐに対応してくださるのでよかった。 朝食が非常に良かった。パンの種類が豊富でヨーグルトも大変おいしかった。追加で支払う価値は十分にある。 バス停の目の前、セントラル駅の目の前なので立地も大変便利

As a result of a cancelled flight, I found myself here. They were extremely helpful at the front counter. There is a new self check in process that gives you your room key. This is amazing and so easy to use. The staff were also happy to sneak in a free room upgrade for us. Amazing room, amazing everything. This will now be my go to hotel when I stay in Sydney. Also being located next to public transport/train station is very handy. If you are more of a family traveler or a light night snacker, Maccas and KFC as well as an All Hours Deli is right across the road.

The twin beds are each queen beds. :-) The foyer is poorly laid out with the reception desk at 90degrees to the stairs from one entrance,so it is difficult to queue - people entering hotel and walking past desk with luggage and sometimes grabbing an available spot at the desk before someone who is waiting can get to it.

Property great. Very comfortable and central. Did not like the automatic check in- I prefer to talk to people. Also biscuits in the room to have with a cup of tea after a long day walking through the city, would be appreciated.

Good place to stay when you're looking for convenience, close to central station. A few room noises (e.g. running water through vent) were distracting while trying to sleep, but would stay again.
