一共住了6天，分3+3入住 Good: 住宿地點好，轉換交通工具和集合地點方便 人員服務態度佳 以當地物價，早餐C P值可以。 電梯多，等待時間短 Not Good 房間隔音不是很好，會聽到隔壁房間聲音 桌上沒有化妝鏡，女生化妝不方便 換房第二次check in後，房間洗手台下還遺留上一個房客的衣物

The location is very good, it takes 5-10 minutes to get any public transportation. The hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast is nice and proper.

We stayed at 2 times in this trip. The second round from 31 May to 3 June the housekeeping is not up to standard as 1st day we need to change room as mosquito breeding inside the room. And no cleaning after change the room. However, we are very appreciate the helpful from the baggage handling service from your early morning team at the last day. Pls appreciate this 2 good bell boy professional service. Thx!

During this trip to Australia, our family had stayed five nights each in Melbourne and Sydney. In Melbourne, we stayed on the 47th floor of a high-rise with a kitchen fully equipped with utensils and a beautiful view. The price was very reasonable. In Sydney, the location of this hotel was excellent, with convenient transportation, an outstanding breakfast, and very friendly staff in the dining area. However, I was very dissatisfied with the accommodation itself. For all five nights, we were assigned to the lowest floor, only the 3rd floor. The worst part was that I actually encountered cockroaches in the bathroom — something I had never experienced before, even though I often travel for business and leisure. After reporting the issue to the front desk, I never received any apology from the hotel manager, not even a note, nor was I offered a room change. On the last night, I and my family didn’t even dare to take a bath in the bathroom, and every visit there made me feel uneasy. Overall, aside from the dining experience, my impression of this hotel was very poor.

離icc展場走路可到 附近Chinatown也很多吃的 離機場開車大概20分鐘 整體來說地點挺好的

Excellent location, room was tidy and clean. Unfortunately the door connected to the room next to us was found to be unlocked, which was a serious mistake. And service was not up to standard - we required maintenance for the malfunctioning TV, but it’s still not fixed after almost a day. I feel doubtful towards the hotel’s rating after my stay.

Great place to stay close to bus train and light rail Good breakfast

Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend. Mit dem Zug vom Flughafen extrem gut erreichbar. Die Anbindung in die Stadt war ebenfalls hervorragend. Leider war das ganze Hotel extrem runter gekühlt durch die vielen Klimaanlagen. Der Frühstücksraum war extrem kalt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und zu empfehlen. Man sollte keinen Luxus erwarten aber für eine Städtereise zu empfehlen.

The accommodations were comfortable, and the hotel's location was excellent.

We got there early and couldn’t check in so they let us store our bags and then put them In the room for us when it was ready which was so wonderful, the check in process was easy and friendly and the room was so nice. Highly impressed and will stay there again

Great location and price where the hotel is situated. Close to Central Station. Didn't have breakfast or use the facilities so can't judge. I self checked in and out so again can't judge staff overall comfortable and clean rooms and yes would stay again
