10 điểm tuyệt đối cho chỗ ở này khi nó gần trạm tàu trung tâm, chỗ ở sạch sẽ, phòng ốc ấm cúng, gọn gàng, sảnh khách sạn có mùi rất dễ chịu và thư giãn nếu bạn bước từ ngoài vô. Nhân viên lễ tân thì rất ư là nice và xử lý in/out cho tôi rất nhanh chóng cũng như nhân viên nhà hàng rất thân thiện khi tôi ngỏ ý muốn mượn 2 cái đĩa để mang lên phòng đựng trái cây. Quá ưng và chắc chắc tôi sẽ lưu và sẽ quay lại chỗ này khi lần sau đến Syd.

I got my room on 11 AM without any early check in charge. The room was great, spacious. Walking to Central station is around 3 minutes or less sometimes. Everything was perfect.

Booked late after a last minute change of work plans, and found this within budget. Absolutely exceeded expectations. Room on 6th Floor (an upgrade) was great. Spacious, well appointed, comfortable bed and - the standout - very nice effective black blinds. Slept perfectly.
Gym was good, but busier than other cdb hotels I use regularly. Pool nice, sauna was out of order.
Got a couple of drinks vouchers through hotels.com Silver status and was able to use the m in the Brewery next door. Massive bonus, that. Good atmosphere, better than a regular hotel bar. Great grilled fish too.
Will stay again when available.

Rooms are spacious, clean and comfort.
Excellent to have car park on site and there is option to pick at Hotels.com
Interior Decoration is a bit old-fashioned. Balcony can hardly be used as there is no shelter and only 2nd floor rooms having balcony but facing the backyard of other buildings at the rear of the hotel. Better not to pick this option!!!

住了4晚，房間廁所衛生差，冷氣槽佈滿灰塵，洗手盆不去水，廁所板鬆脫，沐浴露只得空樽一個，沐浴間一路沖涼一路水浸腳，很嘔心，前枱職員對中國人態度差，但對西方人會笑容滿面，房價貴，不值收取這個價錢

The hotel reception was clean and tide with all staff helpfull,. Tha room was a very good size and could have been very comfortable, but the cleaning let the room down badly. The bathroom floor only cleaned in main floor area, around vanity and walls and toilet have not been cleaned for ages. The furniture had stains all over them and floor had not been vacumed properly fingernail clippings on the floor near bed and sofa.cleanad forc

The entire thing was poor. Check in was delayed. Sauna not working. Terrace not open. Buffet breakfast was not nice.
Check in so slow that two other staff checked in 3 guests whilst I was being checked in.
