Lovely art deco building, with modern rooms. Great outdoor heated pool. Lovely bar (we didn't eat in). We booked for 1 adult and 2 kids (17/14) - and it would have been ideal to have a bed on the floor, rather than sharing a double - there was plenty of room in the room for this. Maybe ask if this could be arranged if you're a family.

Light in the coffee cupboard was on all night could not turn it off , so it lit up the room .
Receptionist was rude on check in .
Corner room was very dingy , could not sit on the balcony as the air conditioner was so noisy and the view was the kitchen vent system .
Really not worth the money . Won't stay again .
But nice hotel anyway

Great location just off Pitt street, well located for shopping and public transport. Double room was spacious enough for 4 people. Buffet breakfast was very tasty. Pool was not large and while it says it’s heated my kids and I were cold pretty quickly. Gym is small considering the size of the hotel with very limited weight machines. Overall highly recommend

It is a nightmare getting in and out of the building due to congestion at lifts. They only have 2 lifts working. Please check before booking as you may have to wait 10-15min to get into the lift. Especially if you have luggage or a stroller. Hotel wasn’t transparent about this at the time of booking. For me personally, I will not return to this hotel
