YEHS Hotel Sydney Harbour Suites

I had a good stay at this hotel overall. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, which made check-in smooth. The location is convenient, and the room was clean with nice touches like a big TV and a smart toilet (similar to the ones in Japan), which I really appreciated. A couple of things could be improved: the soundproofing wasn’t great since my room was close to a major highway, and the noise from cars was noticeable at times. Also, there were way too many pillows on the bed, which felt a bit unnecessary. The room size was fine for me as a solo traveler, but I think it would feel a bit tight for two people. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel, especially for solo travelers looking for a clean, comfortable place with modern amenities.

Took forever to check-in. Every afternoon at 3pm the lobby was full of waiting guests, yet not even seating area. My toddler sons even had to sit on the luggage trolley while waiting, and even fell asleep…

連續住了四晚，交通非常方便，步行可以到達觀光碼頭、購物中心、就餐很方便。美中不足之處，酒店設施有些簡陋、陳舊，每天有古怪的油煙味從空調通風口進入房間，久久無法消散。

Hotel room is very spacious located in the city centre which takes only 10 mins walk to Darling Harbour, Townhall, Hyde Park and 3 supermarkets. Adequate amenities for cooking and laundry. Clean and comfortable room. NESPRESSO coffee machines are available in lobby.

Location is perfect and convenient. Everything in the hotel is so far so good, reception staff is friendly and helpful. However, it is strange that the hotel price does not include toothpaste and slippers, or the guest is required to pay extra to get these amenities. Luckily, I have brought my own stuff. It is suggested that to give ahead to the guest before their arrival enable them to know how to make preparation.

The hotel's location was a major plus, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The rooms were simple but comfortable, with all the basic amenities. While the city views weren't spectacular, they were still pleasant enough. Overall, it was a decent stay for the price.

位置理想，距達令港和town hall站都只是5分鐘路程，住了5晚，但只提供一次清潔服務，說是價錢低所以不包清潔，那一次清潔是送的。但换毛巾，洗衣粉，碗碟機清潔粉可以到前枱取。接待處員工友善，那男的很休默，我話訂了高層開揚景房間，問他會有嗎？他答高層要行樓梯抬行李，房間電視會看到開揚景，很是休默，但起初是嚇了一跳。最錯的是用了酒店車位，4 0澳元一晚不是問题，最大問题是超窄的灣道，住客要泊B3層，轉上下層的9 0度灣角超考驾駛能力，我當日駕駛SUV ，没有弄花真是運氣，好彩只是泊了一晚，其實酒店旁就有Wilson parking，很後悔泊在酒店，出入的壓力太大。

Front desk service of this hotel is absolutely of very low standard. The duty staff (a young man) yelled at me with no reason when I called for requesting an extra blanket at night time. This is the worst service that I experienced in my life. Totally ridiculous ！ The room is also not clean with poor daily cleaning service.

We have stayed in this hotel for 14 days. This hotel is newly renovated. Beds and mattresses are new. The room is spacious with kitchen cooking utensils. Staff members are friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again.

位置非常方便，行去Town Hall站，QVB, Darling Harbour衹需數分鐘。包下面Cafe早餐有三文治/乳酪/生果選擇，lobby有咖啡機免費享用。因正在裝修，有嘈音及衹有一部升降機可用，等得較耐。
