乾濕分離的衛浴，離車站近，早餐還可以

House keeping produces different no. of towels on different days, not really sound proof , still can hear some adult screaming and smell of weed in the lift lobby and through the air vent of the toilet.

酒店位於車站旁邊，若需要乘坐歐洲之星前往其他國家是不錯的選擇，但離景點約20分鐘步程，沿途環境頗為雜亂，建議夜晚回酒店時乘坐地鐵比較安全。 房間空間大，景觀開揚，美中不足的是梳化有破損而未有處理，影響外觀，洗手間整潔。

我們入住3晚，第二天沒有清潔房間，要親身到接待處要求派人清潔及更換毛巾。此外，第三天晚上房門被鎖，不能進入，到接待櫃台查詢，指我欠4元多歐羅稅項，入住時已繳按金，加上未退房，為何要繳稅戓付費呢？

No air conditioning. I could hardly breathe because I could not adjust the room's temperature and could not open the window. The worst part was I had to stay at the hotel for 3 days. The hotel was the most expensive but the worst service one in my 22-day travel in Europe. Therefore, I chose to leave earlier from the hotel and late r back to it.

午前10時過ぎに着いたので、荷物を預けてブルージュに行ってきたが、最初に荷物を預けたスタッフ、戻ってきた後でチェックインを担当したスタッフとも、迅速な対応でとても良かった。

Perfect location for an early morning train. Well appointed room, comfortable bed. Pleasant staff. Didn't have time to use the bar or restaurant.

The most ideal location for Brussels -especially for families and if you are traveling to other cities in Belgium or Netherlands as Brussels Midi station is the main hub for transportation. Highly recommend this place.

À part d’un léger odeur de cigarette pendant un certain temps la nuit(probablement via système de ventilation ), la chambre était confortable,nous permettant de passer deux nuits bien reposantes. Personnel à l’accueil professionnels. L’accès direct de l’hôtel à la gare est indéniablement un gros point déterminant notre choix de cet hôtel !

Helpful personal and very good standard.

Right next to Brussels Midi station this hotel was an ideal choice for my one night in Brussels before an early train to London. The reception people were excellent and helpful. The room was very nice with a king size bed walk in shower and separate toilet room. Breakfast was nice albeit it opened 10 mins late. I had room service - a very nice steak - delivered within 30 mins as they promised. Overall I would certainly stay again.

Beim Check-in wurde auf fehlende Wasserversorgung hingewiesen und unkomplizierte Stornierung vorgeschlagen. Das Hotel ist zwar gut, aber die Bahnhof-Gegend ist wirklich dreckig und kriminell. Wir konnten uns eine Unterkunft in Europaviertel finden und waren damit sehr zufrieden. Es sind zwei unterschiedliche Welten in einer Stadt.
