乾濕分離的衛浴，離車站近，早餐還可以

House keeping produces different no. of towels on different days, not really sound proof , still can hear some adult screaming and smell of weed in the lift lobby and through the air vent of the toilet.

酒店位於車站旁邊，若需要乘坐歐洲之星前往其他國家是不錯的選擇，但離景點約20分鐘步程，沿途環境頗為雜亂，建議夜晚回酒店時乘坐地鐵比較安全。 房間空間大，景觀開揚，美中不足的是梳化有破損而未有處理，影響外觀，洗手間整潔。

我們入住3晚，第二天沒有清潔房間，要親身到接待處要求派人清潔及更換毛巾。此外，第三天晚上房門被鎖，不能進入，到接待櫃台查詢，指我欠4元多歐羅稅項，入住時已繳按金，加上未退房，為何要繳稅戓付費呢？

No air conditioning. I could hardly breathe because I could not adjust the room's temperature and could not open the window. The worst part was I had to stay at the hotel for 3 days. The hotel was the most expensive but the worst service one in my 22-day travel in Europe. Therefore, I chose to leave earlier from the hotel and late r back to it.

Good location

An excellently-located hotel for travellers arriving at and leaving from Brussels Midi station, with spacious rooms, very comfortable beds and good bathrooms. Our stay was less than great because of the temperature of the room, which when we arrived was probably in the high 20sºC and as such unbearable. When we told the front desk staff as we left for the evening the solution offered was to switch off the room's heating completely – when we returned the temperature had lowered slightly, but it was only in the small hours of the morning that it was anything like acceptable. The person on check-out the next morning was apologetic that the temperature had been so high.

Rent rum och väldigt trevlig personal som var väldigt behjälpliga.

Les femmes se chambres étaient très réactives à notre arrivée. En effet, le savon pour les mains et le shampoing étaient vides et elles ont tout remplacé dans la seconde. Le lit était trop dur. Le reste de la chambre était spacieux et confortable.

Nice staff, fairly quiet hotel despite busy location. Good bar.

La chambre etait impeccable et le personnel au top. Seul bemol : plus de shampooing ni d'après shampoing dans la douche.
