We enjoyed our stay at Pullman Centre Midi. It felt very luxurious, from the lobby to the hotel room. We also felt very safe because they have a ”guard”, a person who sits in the lobby and makes sure that no unauthorized people enter etc. We also had to check out at 4am and it made us feel safe that there was staff in the reception who unlocked the doors for us. The rooms were clean and soundproof. The staff were nice and hospitable. The proximity to the trainstation was very nice. There were some homeless people in the area outside of the hotel, but that is inevitable since there is a trainstation close by. We recommend!

Magnifique! La chambre était très propre, climatisée, literie parfaite. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un hôtel très confortable et très bien situé.

我們入住3晚，第二天沒有清潔房間，要親身到接待處要求派人清潔及更換毛巾。此外，第三天晚上房門被鎖，不能進入，到接待櫃台查詢，指我欠4元多歐羅稅項，入住時已繳按金，加上未退房，為何要繳稅戓付費呢？

No air conditioning.
I could hardly breathe because I could not adjust the room's temperature and could not open the window.
The worst part was I had to stay at the hotel for 3 days.
The hotel was the most expensive but the worst service one in my 22-day travel in Europe.
Therefore, I chose to leave earlier from the hotel and late r back to it.

Not the Greatest location. Lots of homelessness. Guys with machine guns around as well given it is at central station. Just a bit of a rough crowd. I would not stay here again if I went to Brussels sorry.

I tried to book a hotel through the app, but it kept glitching and I had to switch back and forth between the app and my browser. When the booking finally went through, I received a check-in email and realized the date was wrong. I contacted both customer care and the reception, but neither would change the booking by one day or offer a refund.
As a result, I lost my money because of a faulty booking process. On the bright side, I discovered another place to stay. which I'll be using from now on. Unfortunately, after this experience, I'll also be avoiding some services and the htl due to the lack of customer support.

Checkin rapide , personnel super sympa je vais là-bas chq année avant d prendre le 1er train pr Disney Marne la Vallee…c est cosy petit mais y a tout ;) et en 2 min vous êtes sur les quais 💪

Un peu déçu, ma chambre (422) présentait quelques signes de fatigue (tâche sur la moquette en particulier) comme d’autres éléments de l’hôtel (sièges de la salle à manger par exemple). Pas au niveau d’un Pullman. De plus, pas mal de bruits de trains en train de manœuvrer dans la Gare de Midi tôt le matin (6:00).
