Very good money for the value. The inn seems to be recently renovated. We especially appreciated how new and clean the bathroom was. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking was a bonus. Our two-queen bed room felt spacious. The only two things we didn't like: 1) the AC was loud (until we found out the windows could be opened, so we did that and turned off the AC); 2) the fridge wasn't cleaned. It wasn't super dirty at all, but there were a few small bits of stuff left from before. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay.

Efficient and professional front desk staff. Temperature control in the room is not working but they had an air conditioner that helped with cooling. The parking lot is small so carefully park your car.

Friendly check in staff, simple clean room. Good water pressure in the shower! Room got quite hot overnight but was better the second night with the AC running.

Easy to find location and rooms were great. King bed rooms are the best and bathrooms seem newly renovated so they felt great. Plenty of parking as well. Area is a little sketchy but pretty quiet. No kitchen or breakfast but that's already made known during booking. Robert at the front desk was absolutely the best. He answered every question, provided some great suggestions and ideas for the day and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend.

The room was clean and comfortable. The area was fairly quiet considering it was near a main street. There was easy access and ample parking.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. I paid extra for a room that was supposed to not be on the ground level, but the room I was given was exactly at ground level, right at the same height as the main entrance. When I questioned this, the staff member told me there were rooms “lower than that” — which honestly made no sense unless he meant a basement, since my room was clearly at the entrance level. Unfortunately, this completely affected my night. I had an important exam the next day and was unable to sleep at all. The noise was constant: I could hear people opening and closing the entrance door as well as the door leading to the rooms throughout the night. On top of that, there were conversations, laughter, and even people walking and running on the floor above. It felt like there was no sound insulation whatsoever. Although the room itself was clean, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was very hard and had a noticeable dip in the middle, making it difficult to rest properly. Overall, the lack of transparency about the room location, combined with the noise and poor mattress quality, made this a frustrating and exhausting stay.

Great location…only a short bus ride from the waterfront in Victoria. We rode the bus from the ferry terminal to here and the Inn is very close to the bus route (#70/72) Room was clean and the staff was great. Very close to a few restaurants and music stores. I would stay here again.
