Don’t count on using the airport shuttle. It runs every 40 minutes and was full when we needed to go so we had to pay for a taxi. Kind of defeated the whole point of choosing that hotel. Lesson for next time…

Shuttle took a very long time but otherwise it’s a lovely hotel. Very comfy bed and very clean

I called the property multiple times from the airport to book the shuttle to the hotel. no one was answering so i had to get a cab there. upon arrival they told me there was no shuttle that night (I had to take the airport cab that costed $44). they did book a shuttle to the airport for next day for me though. but that was late too. the only good thing about my stay was the staff working in the restaurant both at dinner time and breakfast.

When I booked the initial booking said breakfast included but when we went to breakfast found out we had to pay. Upon looking at the fine print it actually says breakfast available. Need to make it clear in the booking that breakfast is not included

Nice hotel with shuttle to the airport. Shuttle from hotel is not as frequent as other hotels. Clean quiet and comfortable. Nice restaurant with friendly staff after a long travel day.

It was fine. Not a fan of the decor in the lobby. Dark Dim. Need to make it more colourful and appealing. Dingy. I did not find it welcoming. Never have stayed there.
