Clean, comfortable room and bed. They do turn down service which was a nice surprise!

The staff here are wonderful. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and very helpful. The room itself had seen a bit of use but was clean. Some demolition was happening across the street which was a bit noisy. Overall a nice place to stay with a good location downtown.

Check in staff member was great. Underground parking was clean and well lit.
Room was clean but the headboard for the bed needs replacing. The finish was peeling off of it.
Very nice having a balcony.
Disappointed that there wasn’t a hot tub with the very cute pool area.

Overall, my stay at the Hotel Arts was convenient, efficient and close to key sites I needed to visit will in town on business. It was also close to many excellent restaurants and cafés which was great. I found the pool space would have been much more enjoyable in the summer time, and poolside service was inconsistently available. Overall, it was a great independent option that wasn't right in the middle of the busy downtown core, but still easily accessible to the LRT, 17th Ave, Mission St. and other parts of the city.
