2 out of 3 lamps didn’t have working USB ports. Curtain rods were broken/separated from curtain. Water is $4 a bottle in the room. Wifi is only 5mbs. Shower takes 3-5 minutes to get warm.
Staff are all excellent. Hotel has massive potential. A little attention to details, and less cost cutting would make this a stand out property.

The bed was super comfortable. The pool area looked really nice but the weather was terrible so I didn't get to use it. The parking is convenient. Overall a good experience and would stay again.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. Rooms are very clean and modern. There was some construction happening outside and in a few rooms on my floor but it was not all disruptive.
Would stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking.

The pool and pool bar are incredible on a nice day. Lovely staff who were happy to chat. My new favourite hotel in Calgary. Breakfast was delicious too!

Went to the pool but all tables were taken by non guests who paid to use the pool for the day. Very disappointing that as a guest we couldn’t use the pool area.

I did not like the fact the Property cleanliness but more importantly it was 32° outside. Temperature went turned on the AC unit and it was so loud could not sleep went to front desk asked for a solution. They said that’s too bad horrific customer service.

Not worth the money. The hotel is just average. AC in the room didn’t work and made loud sounds throughout the night. They charge you if you want to have a bit of a late check out.
I was looking forward to staying here because I heard great things. In the end, I was disappointed
