You are welcomed street side here after a long drive. First class valet attendants and fantastic front desk. Louise and her apprentice 🙂 were always ready to help you book a show. Rooms were newer and spectacularly cleaned. The rooftop view and pool was outstanding - bring a drink in a plastic cup (wink). Oh, we ate at restaurant 3 times because it was delicious, convenient and an outstanding value. Did I miss anything - yes friendly staff and location could not be better near a parking deck. In summary, just book it!

The room was spacious and very clean, and the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating to whatever we needed. Perfectly located to get around Old Quebec and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is superb.
The reception lady staff on 7/F was very kind and welcoming when we arrived there at late night. The building's location is excellent, being easily accessible to old city's attractions and taxi station.
The room was very clean and comfortable, elegant and efficient. My wife and I love the interior decorations.
Travelers like us must try the hotel's street level outdoor restaurant to enjoy a good morning breakfast.

The staff surprised us with a thoughtful card and delicious dessert for our annniversary! The room was beautiful and clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Location was perfect - everything within walking distance. The relaxing couple’s massage was the perfect way to cap off the weekend!

There were some great aspects about the hotel - the location was amazing, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean. There were a few things, though, that I thought fell short for a 5-star hotel. First, the furniture was chintzy. I also didn’t expect to hear dogs barking and a metal concert (yes, apparently there’s a music venue there). It was a good hotel but the overall attention to detail of a great hotel was lacking (eg staff wearing dirty running shoes with their uniforms, concierge desk that was severely scratched, and elevator signs peeling away from the wall). For the price of this hotel, I expected more of the good things and less of the not-so-good.

Everything was so well with this hotel! Check in personnel were efficient and always greeted us each time we walked by the desk. Rooms were done everyday and had great storage. Louise the concierge, could answer everything we thru at her! Guys at the front entrance were very happy, friendly and super helpful! The bar was a quaint place to pop in for a drink with separate little patios to enjoy the view. However it needs more TV's!!!!
Overall, it was the LOCATION! A 3 minute walk to shopping, bars, churches etc.

Notre séjour a été parfait.
La chambre, localisation de l’hôtel, l’ensemble.
Un seul léger problème, à notre deuxième déjeuner il y a eu une personne de cuisine qui manquait et pour cette raison le déjeuner a été très long. Plus d’une heure pour avoir notre assiette. Dans l’ensemble nous allons revenir

L’hôtel était parfait tout s’est vraiment bien passé. Petit incident mineur, le Vallet a abîmé la jante de ma roue de voiture. Mais pour le moment l’hôtel Copère énormément avec moi pour régler la situation. À suivre.
