The hotel is superb.
The reception lady staff on 7/F was very kind and welcoming when we arrived there at late night. The building's location is excellent, being easily accessible to old city's attractions and taxi station.
The room was very clean and comfortable, elegant and efficient. My wife and I love the interior decorations.
Travelers like us must try the hotel's street level outdoor restaurant to enjoy a good morning breakfast.

Nice little hotel located in downtown Quebec. On rue St-Jean, close to most local attractions. Close to many shops and restaurants. Hotel itself is okay, however, little issues like the room phone - not very modern. Key cards tend to malfunction at times. Elevator does not stop at requested floor all the time which is nerve racking. In my opinion, quite pricey for the type of hotel.

Room was very bright and airy. Super comfortable bed. Staff were both friendly and helpful. The only negative was the pool/hot tub. It’s wasn’t big enough to swim in and it wasn’t warm enough to be a hot tub/jacuzzi. Maybe it would be better in summer but in winter it needs to be warmer.

This was a stop we made on a recent trip to Canada and I only wish we'd planned to stay longer in Quebec City. This hotel was one of the best I've ever stayed in and I can't compliment them enough. The entire staff was so kind and accommodating. The city itself is gorgeous and everyone there was so nice. This hotel was in a perfect area. It was within waking distance of tons of restaurants and shops. You won't be disappointed!!

Loved the location! The bathroom had a lot of counter space which was a bonus, this was a girls trip. We made use of the lobby bar, it was cosy and the staff were friendly. The valet staff were also very sweet.
