Staff was exceptional and accommodating. This is one of the best hotels for viewing the falls, illumination & the fireworks. Stayed in the Executive Suite king bed with Sleeper sofa. Was on the top floor. . . absolutely fabulous large room with great views.
Hotel valet parking staff was tremendous, friendly and professional. Would very highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the waterfalls from our room. The room itself was clean, and the maintenance was top-notch.
However, the couch wasn't foldable, making it difficult for our family of three adults and two children to stay comfortably.
The breakfast buffet was incredible, with a wide variety of delicious food to suit all tastes.
The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the room service was prompt and efficient. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I ever return to Niagara Falls.

The hotel was extremely hot inside the room and in the hallways and lobby. Staff was aware and there was nothing being done to address the issues. Some guest checked out and went to different hotel because of the room being so hot.

Our room was not cleaned after our first night. We left the room at 8am and returned to an unmade bed and dirty washroom at 8:30pm. We were told they were trying to be more green - what??? They were unapologetic and I had to ask for the room to be cleaned each morning after that.
The air conditioning unit was very loud and banged each time it fired up- very disrupting when watching TV or sleeping.

This was a very disappointing stay. I paid extra for a Falls view, only to find the windows covered in bird droppings, which completely ruined the experience.
The valet service was another major issue. On a busy summer weekend, there was only one valet working in the evening. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my car both times I requested it. I felt bad for the employee because they were clearly overwhelmed.
The restaurant was just as disappointing. We waited 20–30 minutes just to get water, and our food arrived before our drinks. We even had to ask another server to bring us water because our waiter never did. The service was extremely slow, even for a simple salad. I specifically asked for no bacon, but it arrived with bacon anyway. When I pointed it out, they simply picked the bacon off instead of making a new salad, leaving bacon pieces throughout the dish.
Overall, this hotel did not live up to the price or expectations. Save your money and stay at the Hyatt instead.

View-wise was breathtakingly awesome due to room booked is facing the Niagara Falls. Room is dated, internet connection showed disappointingly with expensive fee attached. We used our own data during our 2nights stay. Staff were pleasant and easy check-in a plus. Location is on-point.

I was very shocked on how the hotel looks in person. It didn’t match the expectations associated with a Marriott hotel.
Especially it being a four star hotel. The photos used for promotional purposes made it seem to me like the hotel was a little catfish. The pool seemed to be well lit in the photos but it is actually very small and dark. The room was clean but didn’t have a nice clean hotel smell. And the stairs are not finished making it seem like this hotel is not done or well kept at the beginning of my stay I actually thought I was in the wrong hotel because there is another Marriott right infront. The falls are not seen from infront but actually from the side/ back non like the picture that makes it seem like you are seeing it from the front. Which is why I thought I was in the wrong hotel.

We stayed for three nights and our first night. We noticed spiders in our room, the next morning we had spider bites on us. After complaining, we were moved rooms.
We found out after check out that parking is $50 per day and not $50 for the entire stay like we were expecting. The location is great, but we had a bad experience with our room. We were told by a staff member after the fact… that the third and fourth floor have issues with spiders because of the balconies.

At the time of checking in the first clerk did not want to help us because we use tap on my phone for credit cards and one clerk said it was nothing she can do and they did not have tap tap and we said we travel from the US to Canada and another clerk stepped up and helped out and come to find out they did have tap that was the only problem other than that, everything was great they even upgraded our room.

Didn’t have a good experience. Check in is at 4 and we arrived at 4:20, but since they had an “elite” guest, our room was not ready by 4. They had no idea how long it would take either, so they said they would call us to let us know, so we went out for a while. 8:20pm and still no call, so we headed back. Yes our room was ready, they just didn’t let us know like they said they would. On top of it, 1 elevator wasn’t working, every time you wanted to go up or down you would literally have to wait anywhere between 10-20 mins because the other 2 would be so full, you would have to wait for the next one or either the one after that. We were on the 14th floor and our water midshower would continuously go out. Everyone below the 14th floor lost AC for who even knows how long. We didn’t stay long enough to find out. We ended up checking out a day early. The front desk did absolutely nothing to make our stay better. The only thing nice about that place was the view. I do not recommend. Pay a little more and go somewhere else.
