The room was clean and staffs show hospitality.

整體可以！但洗手間內的熱水不夠熱、如果天氣比較再低溫就真的不夠熱了！（我住的時候大約6度左右還可以接受）

The hotel is conveniently located, with well-equipped rooms and easy access to public transportation. The only downside is that it’s close to the road, so there can be some noise from passing vehicles.

The rooms were clean. The style are super nice. I didn’t have any breakfast or go to the bar, but they do have valet.

The staff were nice. I made reservations about 8 weeks in advance. At that time, I asked for 2 extra blankets, that didn’t happen. The bathroom had only 2 washcloths. I had to call for more as there was three of us. They brought up 2 hand towels. There are lights under each bed that go off and on with motion. I asked how to turn them off. They said you have to disconnect them from under the bed. The hotel lobby is very small. It doesn’t look anything the pictures. There’s no cafe. No gift shop, nothing. Just bare bones.

Staff was friendly upon arrival. Valet service to park your car was efficient. Rooftop was very busy with hotel guests and non-guests - lots of good drink choices.

Great location close to beach walk. Local restaurants relatively walkable. Breakfast was convenient. Had other amenities like bikes - we did not use because they are very old style bikes and not very adjustable to riders of varying sizes, free shuttle - we did not use this as one event was out of the shuttle distance range and our other event was outside the operating time. Desk staff and Concierge were absolutely wonderful! Also close to water taxi.

Clean room

We had a nice stay at the Parker Hotel. The staff was very helpful. The rooftop bar was nice and food was delicious. I booked this hotel because they had a shuttle and breakfast. The shuttle service does not include the airport, doesn't start til 10 and ends at 5 and only includes a small area. They do not pick you up. We were disappointed in that but thankful for Uber!

Double Room was very clean but small with no view. Accessible King was very large and bathroom was large and very accessible. Breakfast was excellent with just enough choices. Staff was very helpful, especially Wagner at the front door

It’s an older hotel compared to the images. They have updated the televisions in the rooms and beds, but the carpet, walls, ceiling and other things in the room are a bit outdated. The first room I was given the fridge didn’t work, the fridge door was beaten and broken apart, the ceiling vent was lopsided and the television wasn’t working properly. Then they moved me to another room and it was smaller but everything worked. I only got $35 American Dollars back onto my card for the inconvenience. It was nice they will drive you and drop you off anywhere downtown. It’s not bad walking back as long as the weather is good. Breakfast was offered for free bc of the inconvenience but there was no meat alternatives for dietary restrictions. I don’t eat beef or pork and they had all pork products.

The rooms were clean but the staff were doing the bare minimum. Basic amenities like water bottles, toothbrush, water kettle had to be requested the next day rather than being included in the room right away. For the amount paid, it didn’t feel like a premium experience.

Great location however street noise was an issue at night. Perhaps some windows in the room need an upgrade. Pleasant staff, comfortable & clean

We stayed at the Parker Rooftop Hotel (felt meant to be since we’re Parkers 😊). The staff went above and beyond when their guest car wasn’t available, they covered our taxi to the Vancouver Playhouse (Queen Elizabeth Theatre complex). Such a thoughtful touch! Will definitely be back.

Beautiful place for a weekend escape. Ideal location to enjoy the best of downtown and water access. The rooftop lounge is a must try!

Breakfast options were set meal and choices are limited. Guests were loud during night.

Will be coming back again My credit card wasn’t working, my husband asked if he could used his debit and they gladly accepted I love the friendly service and clean rooms

Beautiful hotel. Clean room and the staff is very gentle. The location is good with everything you need at a walkable distance. The breakfeast is good. Unfortunatelly, there's no lobby bar and the Rooftop Restaurant was closed all week-end long. Other negative point, the fan in the room is very noisy.

Clean room, Staff super nice and accessible. The Bar was nice, the weather was cold but had heating lamps.
