Great staff. Especially Parking staff. Comfortable bed, good basic hotel. Parking $60 per night!! Too too much. Located very close to beach and town. 1/2.- 1 mile pleasant walk. A further to Stanley park - which is awesome.

I had a pleasant stay at the Parker Hotel. The location was excellent, with plenty of great restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One downside was the lack of room service, which made it difficult to order food late at night. Fortunately, there were many good dining options nearby. Another drawback was the construction around the building, which created some noise in the mornings and made it a bit harder to relax. Overall, the hotel offered a comfortable stay in a fantastic location, and I would consider staying there again.

Nice, clean place, but rooms are super small. Lots of street noise all night, plus noise from above. We were on the 8th floor and the cleanup crew at the "rooftop" lounge was pretty noisy. AC unit was real loud so we turned it off at night. Kiti at the front desk was very helpful at check in, and got us in a bit early.

Staff was kind and lovely, including the valet drivers. We did have to have our bedsheets remade as there were some hairs that were not ours. Everything else was clean, especially in the bathroom which was newly renovated, and very nice. Rooftop bar was also a nice addition with a gorgeous bar selection. View was ok, nothing special. It is mostly just looking over an overpass. Location is great as it’s about a 15 minute walk to Granville and Robson and a 20 minute walk to English Bay. Yes I would stay here again.

The location of the property was excellent. We were near the sea wall paths to walk to every destination such as restaurants, sights, and coffee shops. The staff went out of the way to accommodate our needs. The room was comfortable and the view of the city was pleasing. The room wasn’t as clean as it could have been but it sufficed. The bathtub was difficult to get in and out due to the large size whirlpool tub features. If you’re a senior ask for a regular shower tub for easier access.

The room was clean. The staff was really helpful. We were disappointed when we realized that the breakfast is not a buffet. You can order just one breakfast item and a drink from the manue and that's it. They could provide buffet to upgrade their hotel. The location is great. We didn't get any trouble of taking Uber. Walking distance to bus station. .
