Room was clean , staff were very knowledgeable and kind with answers. Restaurant was very good .

We had 2 rooms booked one the couch was so gross and dirty you couldn’t sit on it . The bathroom on the other one the was stuff splashed on the walls and room not cleaned well .

Breakfast brunch was amazing, take out food from lounge was also good. Facility was clean and staff were amazing, price was a nice surprise.

Breakfast was fast. My big issue was the drag racing that was going on in the early hours of the morning. Then the fire station across the street and sirens. Then the night life people arguing in the hallways slamming doors. I didn’t get any sleep.

Crumbs of floor in the room. Other than that, was ok. Hallway carpets throughout need a RUG DR Badly.

The front desk guy was excellent. Helpful and friendly staff. The property was mid grade. You can tell they've improved the rooms, but the hallways need some TLC. The property smells of old cigarettes and heavy air freshener to try to mask smells. The rooms were decent though. Good for a quick overnighter. I've stayed at better, I've stayed at worse. Staff were great! Thanks

Our stay at the Viscount Gord was very nice. The staff in the bar were quick to serve. The restaurant staff were very friendly and speedy as well. We were well looked after at the front desk as well and they too were very friendly. We also had a very friendly maid, so nice to see happy people in a work place!

Rooms need updating. Hallways smell like stale smoke. Carpets in hallways need cleaning. Room furniture need updating as well as fresh paint. Need ice machine in 2nd floor.

The room was cleaned daily. Hotel location is close to shopping and a variety of restaurants.

I recently stayed here for a weekend and wanted to share an honest but fair review of my experience. While there were some positives, overall it didn’t quite meet expectations, especially for the price. The bed linens were clean and the pillows were comfortable, which I appreciated. However, the mattress itself felt quite worn, with a noticeable dip in the middle that made for an uncomfortable sleep. Cleanliness in the bathroom could have been better, as there was hair in both the tub and on the sink upon arrival. Additionally, the tub did not drain properly during my shower, so I ended up standing in a pool of water by the end, which wasn’t pleasant. One thing to note—though not necessarily the hotel’s fault—is that my room faced two major roads, and it was quite noisy throughout the night, especially on Friday. I found myself waking up frequently due to traffic. I was also looking forward to using the hot tub, but unfortunately the jets weren’t working, so it felt more like a warm bath than a spa experience. Additionally, one of the vending machines was out of order and the available options were limited. I don’t expect perfection, but I have stayed in more affordable places that offered a more comfortable and polished experience. With some attention to maintenance and cleanliness, this could be a much better stay.

N/a did not have breakfast; fasting for hospital visit. Really like the non carpet flooring. Room appears to be missing some furniture. Bathroom very cramped; not enough space to hang hand towels. Didn’t use the shower/tub.

We were in an older room facing the fire hall. Carpet in the hallways looked dingy and decor dated. Room could use an uplift.

Good overall hotel!

The hotel is VERY dated and lacking any kind of decor at all. Bare walls table and two squeaky beds. Road noise was bed in our room.
