The room was so filthy! Hair in the bed, tissue on the floor, etc. They changed my room but the new one was still old, dirty, and walls so thin I could have transcribed the neighbours' conversations! Noise until about 3am, woke up at 7, showered in the filthiest of shared bathroom you've ever seen and went to another hotel. Lost a night but never mind, this was not of acceptable standard. How they still have their 2 stars is a mystery to me!

櫃檯人員十分親切，很多服務詢問後都會協助。但房間與浴室非常小，一次只能讓一個行李箱攤開。但是離維多利亞車站非常近，走路5分鐘即可到達，靠近餐廳、超市，方便的地方。

地方整潔，服務態度好，環境便利，與倫敦市中心很近

交通位置很好 ，員工友善 ，很乾淨 ，只是搬旅行箱上樓梯很小 ，有些費刀

地上一樓，空間極窄，浴室幾乎不能転身，欺騙消費者。下B1樓梯狹小。大廳整理中，像廢墟

The check-in was delayed two times due to ”the cleaners being sick”. No apologies from the staff. The mini-fridge was not working. No cleaning during the entire stay and we had to ask for new towels and toilet paper. Wifi was not working properly!

Extremely small room, if you talk please avoid. No window to outside. Corridor smells badly due to drainage. toilet & shower not clean. Rude staff in particular the one that was in morning duty. Power cut for in hour in room too

Nice place bit dated carpet needs attention but good for the price very close to amenities stones throw away from main attractions nice pint in prince of wales pub on corner of the street 👍

O chuveiro demorava muito para esquentar a agua, e teve 1 dia que nem agua quente tinha, quarto não condiz com as fotos, bem mais velho, paredes descascadas, cheiro forte, a roupa de cama estava suja, com manchas. Sinceramente acho que falta organização para entregar uma qualidade melhor de serviço, viajei por 5 paises e fiquei em varios hoteis e esse foi o unico que me deu problemas.

La chambre était correcte pour dormir et faire la toilette. L’hôtel est à proximité du métro et de restaurants qui proposent un English breakfast de qualité.

Great little hotel in super convenient location. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely book again.

Hôtel très bien situé mais chambre minuscule avec mobilier ancien et cassé de partout avec une hygiène douteuse je ne recommande pas

Very dirty rooms… if u are travelling as a family: DO NOT order a family room! The family rooms are so small that you just barely can see the floor, so there is absolutely no space for luggage/a single suitcase!

Das Hotel hat ne optimale Lage ca 10 Min.zu Fuss von der Victoria Station, freundlicher Empfang einfache Austattung, das Zimmer war sauber und jedoch etwas klein. Doch für eine Nacht optimal und wer London kennt sind einfache Zimmer in dieser Gegend sehr rar. Preis Leistung war es optimal. Supermarkt und Restaurant sind gleich um die Ecke.

Utile solo per la posizione, vicino alla stazione Vittoria molto collegata con tutta Londra.

Les murs de la chambre étaient délabrés il y avait des trous dans les murs j’ai dû demander à changer de chambre !! Tout ça pour finir dans une chambre en sous sol qui n’avait même pas de fenêtre pour aérer, des toilettes qui fuyaient, une odeur de remontée d’égout insoutenable. Un conseil fuyez !!!!

Posto sporchissimo stanze microscopiche, la moquette puzza e il water era sporco. Le foto non sono assolutamente reali e a questo punto neanche le recensioni . Unica nota buona, la posizione, 10 min a piedi da Victoria Station e la via è piena di locali

Vores værelser var ikke tilsvarende på billedet, det ene værelse kunne vinduet ikke helt lukke og de 2 andre værelser var der meget kondens på luften og hele hotellet skulle deles om 1 toilet og bad.
