最初很滿意該酒店的環境和整潔….. 但令我感到意外的是…. 當我向reception counter要求支裝水（因為小朋友飲用，怕會水肚不服，而飲用支裝水應該比較安心點）…. Staff 竟然話我個package 唔包提供支裝水！一般酒店都基本上都會提供2支支裝水！很意外得知該酒店連提供基本的水都要視乎什麼package ! 這點已經令我對該酒店大大地打了折扣…真係有點失望！
入住第一日我向朋友推薦….. 後來在第二天有了以的經歷，我即時通知朋友如果要book該酒店，要問清楚……否則不能提供基本的水時，一時之間真係好難喺附近買！

員工服務態度非常好。酒店旁邊有一間很大的超級市場，有齊所有飲料，食品。多個巴士站在酒店旁邊，另overground 鐵路亦非常近，可以接駁underground鐵路去各區。

L'hôtel est très bien, la chambre propre mais ils ont oublié par 2 fois de faire le ménage...Pas utilisé le petit déjeuner ni le bar. Le personnel pas très présent pour vous aider et surtout personne ne parle français..
Pour l'ensemble je donne 4 étoiles

I like this hotel and always stay when in the area. I was given a larger room than normal, but it did smell of smoke. I was offered a room change, which I declined as I couldn't be bothered by this time to move. Housekeeping came up and sprayed the room and opened the windows.
Room had 2 x double beds and behind lift area so was nice and quiet, could do with a towel rail near to the vanity unit. Staff always pleasant.

Excellent 5 star hotel!!! Excellent service. The staff were amazing and always super warm and helpful! Most especially Rence and Anup and the wonderful reception and Vine restaurant team.
One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in to date!

Hotel great value for money, and well located for access to overland and Uber Boat. Room clean, well proportioned and decorated for our stay plus really quiet and dark so had a superb night's sleep! Loved the extra touch of the arrival cookies! Service from front desk faultless.
