BAD customer services i checked in at 12pm and was told to pay 10 pounds for the early check-in.

來這間住兩次了 共5晚 第一次淋浴間排水孔堵塞 第二次室內大燈有顆不亮 反應得到的都是:抱歉， 我們現在沒辦法做什麼，必須等到明天/星期一（上班日）維修人員上班才有辦法處理。 等到checkout 了都沒人維修 只是說抱歉也沒任何補償 覺得失望 另外第二次有人在房間吸煙 味道透過抽風系統跑到我房間 睡前跟早上各一次 各長達30分鐘或以上的味道 實在很不開心

The staff are nice and super friendly. Room is clean and comfortable, price is fair. Close to the Tyne bridge, bars nearby are nice but noisy at night. About 20 minutes to walk to and from train station.

The room was clean and I enjoyed my stay. would have loved if toothpaste and toothbrush are introduced in the rooms.

Good location, room very clean and functional. Appreciate it is meant to be a low cost hotel and understand the link to the airline for add-ons but was disappointed with the £5 per item for bag storage and didn’t like only having 2 paper cups in the room. But it was a nice hotel at a good price and the air con worked well.

Clean Room, Great Location. Basic but everything you need for a good night's sleep.

Right in the centre of Newcastle good price and clean

Room was clean and equipped with all you needed for a budget stay in Newcastle. The air con was a little harder to work out and woke up frozen. The location is brilliant and we would 100% stay again.

If it’s a clean room for the night you’re looking for at a reasonable price then this is the hotel for you.

The staff when checking in were really friendly but I feel shamed for them in very low down seats with a very high desk. The rooms don’t get cleaned every day but I think they should instead of waiting until you leave to clean it as 2 toilet rolls that are thinner than paper isn’t enough. Lucky I brought my own. No kettle or anything in the room so I brought my own kettle instead of paying prices of the machine down stairs at the machine. I have to have dairy alternatives so the machine wasn’t convenient. Having aircon was great that this time as it’s hot out side but I don’t like you have only 1 card and you need that card for electricity so if your other half goes out. You’re sitting in complete darkness until they get back as you need the card to get access into the main doors. I liked how close it was to the River that was nice and close to the shops. Bed wasn’t comfy and neither was the pillows this hotel seems more for small stays like round 2 nights or 1. All and all it was ok

Air conditioning didnt work, there was a possible telephone junction box that was just exposed cables left on the wall, under the bed hadnt been cleaned in forever there was initially what we thought was a condom but it was a burst balloon :') One pillow each that were lacking stuffing almost like a pillow version of lotso bear after he was abandoned. Pretty much what we expected to a degree and is ok for a base for a gig or a night out if your ok to not get much sleep due to the uncomfortable bed and heat but if your on a wild night out you may manage ok. Good location and decent price but I wouldn't recommend for a family or if your wanting anything more than roof and bed for the night. In hindsight an uber would have been the same to get home so lesson learnt

Very basic for price hotels offer more facilities no chair no kettle no facilities

Stayed numerous times. Obviously limited in amenity but that is the EasyJet/Hotel way and as expectedly spartan. Super helpful staff. Clean room. Quiet. Absolutely recommend.

Cheap and satisfactory

Great location but we got a room with a window and the window didn’t open but the AC didn’t work either it kept blowing warm air and we ended up turning it off

Value for money hotel

The room was clean the staff was really nice and very helpful

Central location but bit overpriced for what you get. No frills or extras. Rm 102. Only 2 pillows which were thin. No tea or coffee facility. Clean but basic.
