The staff here are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable and in a great location for the city centre. It is a budget hotel and so there are no frills but it's perfect for a place to crash when visiting the city.

來這間住兩次了 共5晚
第一次淋浴間排水孔堵塞
第二次室內大燈有顆不亮
反應得到的都是:抱歉， 我們現在沒辦法做什麼，必須等到明天/星期一（上班日）維修人員上班才有辦法處理。
等到checkout 了都沒人維修
只是說抱歉也沒任何補償 覺得失望
另外第二次有人在房間吸煙 味道透過抽風系統跑到我房間 睡前跟早上各一次 各長達30分鐘或以上的味道 實在很不開心

Room was very very basic but clean could realy do with a kettle and cups we don't like vending machines which is in reception very close to the qaury but a up a very sleep hill for town centre not for us was a last minute booking ao never read any reviews

Wish the linens were more clean and hygienic. Wish the room had a chair and hard mattress. Rest was good. Big room and big shower area. Though the room lacked window view, kettle, tea and customised toiletries, rest was nice. Location was also good with lots of restaurants adjacent to the hotel.

Very clean hotel, with very pleasant and helpful staff. No bar or restaurant. Generally well equipped, though the bed seemed to be slightly shorter than standard, this resulted in a fitful sleep pattern.

My wife and myself booked the Easy Hotel so we could go see a show, when we arrived the safe were friendly, This is where it went down hill, I was asked for a debit or credit card, even though the room had already been paid for, If I had know this at booking I would not have booked, One in our room on the 2nd floor, It was clean, but very cramped, Bed at a strange angle because of a box section in the room, so you couldnt walk around the bed( I moved the bed so we could), The bathroom was clean, but the toilet seat was loose so when sat on it moved, the shower was a trickle so not that good. There is also a big draft coming through the window in the room we stayed in, needless to say didnt get much sleep at all. I wouldnt recommend this hotel if I am honest

Does what it says on the tin. Every expense is genuinely spared. 5cm of space between bed and bedroom walls, little to no storage space in room, you will emerge with bruised knees and legs. VFM in the sense you wouldn't want to pay a penny more. Friendly front desk staff. Free water in a paper cup to take up to your room. £2.50 a tea or coffee to take up to your room. great location though for a night or two on the town!
