Clean,spacious room with an amazing view of the harbour and estuary.Friendly and efficient service at the reception and the two requests made were dealt with as requested.
Only had breakfast in the hotel and that was of good quality although a bit disappointed that there was not a more plentiful supply of fruit-just a small portion which you could only have if you did not choose another option such as granola.
Other than that,really enjoyed our stay.

The room was perfect, and the staff were tealky friendly.
We only stayed for 1 night as we were out with friends in Falmouth, but would definitely recommend and we will be back.

Excellent stay! Room was spacious, modern and very comfortable. Good selection of tea and coffee in the room and bathroom amenities. Mini fridge too. Beds very comfortable. Food at both Waters Edge (dinner and breakfast) were fanfic. Dinner at the working boat also great. Staff friendly and helpful. Only a short 5-10 minute walk to the high street. Would stay again - it’s a lovely quirky (because of the layout) hotel!

Lovely harbour view room. Modem, very clean with comfortable beds. When we first checked in, they're was a sewage smell inthe bathroom but this cleared!
Staff were very friendly and thought the breakfast on both days was excellent.

We’d booked a sea view room but then upgraded to one even larger and a bottle of chilled fizz! Wonderful to be able to sit by a bay window watching the activities in the estuary and harbour. Lots of drinks options in the room, tea, coffee hot chocolate and water. Breakfast was also excellent. Friendly helpful staff. We’ll be back!

Staff are amazing and so accommodating! We were a family of 4 (2 adults, 1 teen n 1 child) plus our Husky. It was perfect for all of us, our dog even got a little welcome box with treats and a toy. He's not great with other dogs but the staff really worked to help him be apart of our break, we had no issues. I honestly can't recommend enough
