This is still a fantastic hotel, well run with excellent staff, who are always friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are extremely good and served in the dining room overlooking the sea. The superior rooms are very comfortable with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Highly recommended.

Staff were excellent, receptionist, waiters , guys in the pub all fabulous which is rare in hospitality these days. Food in the pub was fantastic, lovely burger and a beautiful pint of real ale “sea fury”. Breakfast was outstanding. Lovely room clean and tidy.

Everything was great apart from an issue with the heating in the room which was quickly resolved. The staff and reception were very pleasant and helpful. Lovely room and view over the bay. Breakfast was really nice, was expecting a buffet but the set menu gave plenty of options. Would definitely stay here again.

Had an excellent Saturday night stay. Great staff at check in desk, at the bar and at breakfast. Spotless, well appointed room with comfy bed. Bathroom looked to have been recently refurbished. Best tea and coffee tray I’ve ever seen!
Location is perfect walkable distance from town. The views are stunning front the bar / restaurant.
I got a great deal via Expedia, just wish I’d stayed another night! Will be back without doubt.

The breakfast provided such a good range of items; I asked for some to be swapped and it was no problem.
Our room was really comfortable, spotlessly clean, fabulous view.
The staff without exception were kind, approachable, knowledgeable, helpful.
The bar was a pleasant place to sit.
It is just such a relaxing, lovely place to stay.

Great stay at a lovely hotel - location was perfect (overlooking the bay), rooms were spacious & clean, parking was ideal and the facilities (including an excellent on-site pub called The Working Boat!) were spot on.
Breakfast was delicious too!
First time for us in Falmouth & this was an excellent choice -highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay the room was ideal, atmosphere was lovely and the staff again could not do enough for you. Our evening meal was hot and delicious and the plates were warm too. We had a delicious breakfast but I found out that I had to pay for it, which was a little surprised, I thought it was all included when I booked the room. But overall very nice

Have stayed 4/5 times before but this time not quite as good - hand a room on the 1st floor and was quite noisy with people walking and talking in corridor after midnight as wedding was going on. Very busy at breakfast so took 45 mins for food to arrive. Will stay again as always been excellent previously but will try and get a room on the top floor as quieter
