Maybe we stay at the hotel on Sat, it was very noise downstair until midnight, becasue there is a amusement opposite to the hotel. the car parking is very limit, not easy to get the parking in the hotel. The room is not very clean. The receptionest will not let you feel welcome.

The hotel has not much service. Hotel room Is spacious. But they always forgot to give you shampoo or shower gel. Room is not very clean. For the price they charge, is a bit overpriced. Also, there is not enough car parking spaces at hotel. It all depends your luck can park at the hotel. The car park is outsourced to other company. So the hotel staff don’t really care your car. Is a bit ridiculous.

We tried the Amala spa on this visit. My massage and facial with Rochelle was very relaxing and gentle. My husband enjoyed the Hammam bath and his skin felt very healthy. Definitely would go back. We also love the amenities and view from our hotel room. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

It’s an ok stay if you want to be in central Birmingham, I travel a lot and the rooms are a little dated now for quite an expensive hotel. The veneer is coming of off surfaces, could do with a splash of colour. Great restaurants around this location.

Rooms very clean. Excellent service. Rooms just a bit tired & noisy even on 24th floor!

As usual enjoed my stay ay the Hyatt, best hotel in Birmingham.

Great location for the Symphony Hall with direct access. Lovely pitzza & Greek salad in the bar.

It was almost 5/5 but a little too corporate looking for me to give it that. A great stay and would definitely recommend though.

I lovely hotel with losts of bars and restaurants nearby

Second stay at this hotel, which is clean, comfortable and has great gym facilities. Friendly welcome on arrival. Unfortunately we did have an issue this time when ordering room service. After waiting over an hour for the food to arrive, we rang the room service number and were told that because we hadn’t answered the door when staff tried to deliver the food, the order was cancelled. Staff couldn’t say whether we would still be charged. We contacted reception who arranged for the food to still be sent up, and the staff member who then brought the delivery told us that she had been knocking on the wrong door previously - so actually not our fault but our order had still been cancelled and we had been told off for not answering the door. No apology from reception, reported to management via the ‘how was your first night’ email from hotels.com and no response to that either.

My favourite hotel everything great

Amazing experience from start to finish. Concierge was a great help with parking, front desk staff very welcoming and attentive. Upgraded room was a lovely touch. Room was spotlessly clean, beautiful lobby and bar too. Overall couldn’t fault our experience.
