整體不錯。附近有大型商場及食肆，火車站，非常方便。

停車場和地鐵就在旁邊，交通方便。也有大型商場。房間也整潔，但房內沒有雪櫃，而且服務一般，有房間也不想讓你早點check in，也不想提供寄存服務

Not enough amenties, room is not clean, especially for pillows, though is really convenient to underground and shopping, still not worth it

I don't know why it offered me a room for disabled person (Room# 420). I guess because of that the room was quite big. View was nice facing Shepherd's Bush station. Strange that shampoo and body soap weren't separated (only one cleaner is available). Also although I requested 2 single beds, the 2 beds were put together as if its a double bed (which makes no sense as 2 single beds is more expensive than double bed).

Room is OK, near to subway and Westfield shopping centre. Fair price with breakfast included

Standard hotel service, walking distance to Underground station. Check out time could be 12:00, that is a good point for stay in this.

Let me start by saying the staff was very nice. The breakfast for the price we paid for additional breakfast was not worth the price. Now let’s talk air conditioning, we didn’t have any. We had to sleep with the window open. That was the only was we could at least sleep somewhat. Of course you can imagine the noise coming from the streets. We were told that the “ac was not working yet for the season” only heat. It was 23-25 degrees Celsius during the day. I wouldn’t stay at this brand given this. We wished we would have gotten refund capability.. as this was not good. I will give same feedback on my reservation for Paris. We have no air conditioning here either and it is hotter here. You lost a customer IBIS. Thanks to the staff but no way I can sleep this way.

Helt ok hotell för en kort vistelse

The rooms were a good enough size, the bathroom smallish and serviceable for 1 person at a time. The windows open which was great since it was really warm. Apparently the hotel is set at one temp and you can’t change it so we were glad for the staff giving us a fan. It was about a 5 minute walk to the Central line ( which takes you to all the main places) The neighbourhood felt safe at night and there were many places to eat even later at night. The was also a huge mall a 5 minute walk away.

Great location for Shepherd’s Bush empire. However aircon did not work, blew hot air. Had to sleep with the window open which made it very noisy.

Nice breakfast menu. Very good lighting in Room which makes a nice chance.

I only have one fault with the rooms and that was lack of plug sockets. With today’s technology needing charging with 2 in a room it was a struggle. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was good with plenty of choice although admittedly the hot food needed to be a lot hotter. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Would definitely use again

In the case of the Shepherd's bush Ibis location, it was easily accessible for where wanted to visit in London via overground and underground services. Rooms were warm, comfortable with immediate hot water, staff with responsive and helpful.
