We go away a lot and this is the nicest hotel with the nicest staff we’ve ever stayed at. Cleanliness was spot on and the hotel food is amazing.
Special mention to Sid who works at the pub bar who goes out of his way to chat to guests and makes you feel very welcome promoting a relaxing stay.
We were pleasantly surprised with the prices of food and drinks.
Hot tub worked well, clearly well maintained and keeps its temperature.
Don’t hesitate to spend the money to stay here.

The stay was very good overall only one or two minor issues. The breakfast was a buffet style not something we are great fans of but it served all purposes although a bit chaotic. The Mizumi restaurant was excellent we enjoyed the food and ambience. My wife had two treatments in the Spa and she was full of praise for the quality.We would stay again

The room is extremely small that I thought I am in Japan instead of UK, it is full of fragile decoration, you need to be very careful, it’s not suitable for a family with child.
I was very disappointed to their hot spa, it’s totally different from my expectation, the spa tub is too small and not hot enough, probably not a best choice if you are looking for hot spa experience.
Also, I can’t believe hotel charges for £12 parking fee when we already paid for room fee.

The staff were welcoming from the front gate to the reception to Andy the concierge. The hotel was very clean as was the room and facilities. The hot tub was always kept at 40 degrees and was an absolute delight to use. Special shout out to Andy who gave us a great tour of the hotel and provided us with fantastic information about the hotel and locale.

The hotel is very well decorated and looks lovely! The spa is lovely, we used it 2 out of 3 days, hot tubs lovely and warm, also has a cold pool, sauna and steam room, all very good! The Asian restaurant was really good, with great staff and lovely atmosphere, it was full on a Monday evening it’s that nice!! My only negative is they don’t have an electric car charger but they have some in Bowness not far away.

Had a fantastic overnight stay for my wife’s birthday . We kindly got upgraded to a room with a hot tub which was an added bonus . We ate at the pan Asian restaurant which was delicious and the spa was so relaxing . We will definately be returning !

Everything was first class from arrival to departure. We arrived 2 hours earlier than expected and this was not a problem. The room was stunning and very spacious and the balcony Jacuzzi amazing. The concierge was so helpful and ran us to places in the Hotel Bentley. Overall amazing. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Robes in the room ridiculously small. I am petite and only just tied around me so useless for my husband.
Terrace bar and restaurant very nice
Bathroom too small for the room and a normal sized person.
Hot tub lovely.
Pub….smelt of chlorine and would not go for a drink. It’s not a pub so should not be advertised as one.
Room very clean.
Did not need towels changing every day. Seemed like a waste.
Very good cocktails!
More like a 4 star than 5 star hotel.
Enjoyed our stay but not sure we would return.

Short walk into town and to the pier to catch the boats that travel up and down Lake Windermere. Large room and bathroom, with separate bath and shower. Plenty of parking at the property and the concierge, Mark, guides through the property to your room on arrival.

Great hotel in the heart of Windermere, short walk to lake where boats go on the trips and close to shops. Slight hill getting back up to hotel. Lovely cocktail bar, pub and eating areas. Breakfast was fab. Hot tub was worth it after a day walking it was so nice to relax in. Spotlessly clean and as the old saying goes ‘you get what you pay for’; worth every penny.
