Brilliant staff and hotel, first morning there was a couple screaming the place down arguing below us at 6:30 am but that is out of the hotels control, staff and hotel was fantastic we will be back again first time here

Amazing upgrade to superior double room at the front of the property with views of lake Windermere. Spa facilities excellent and love you can order drinks for around the pool. Breakfast amazing with top quality produce. Love this hotel and it never disappoints.

The room is extremely small that I thought I am in Japan instead of UK, it is full of fragile decoration, you need to be very careful, it’s not suitable for a family with child.
I was very disappointed to their hot spa, it’s totally different from my expectation, the spa tub is too small and not hot enough, probably not a best choice if you are looking for hot spa experience.
Also, I can’t believe hotel charges for £12 parking fee when we already paid for room fee.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in for a very long time. Every single detail was perfect. Staff were attentive, room and property beautifully maintained and clean. Food was amazing. Spa was so relaxing and enjoyable. We will certainly be back.
Only tiny thing I would change if I could - free parking for guests. That’s all. £12 a night was a bit expensive when we had two nights. Still amazing and all the positivities out weighed that.

Staff were all really friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, free room upgrade to a junior suite with a hot tub absolutely made our day. Spa is included and you can go in it at any time without having to book or pay extra and it’s open late at night. 11am check out which is great as a lot of places do 10am which we find really early. Really good food in the pub. Really relaxing stay. This is our second time here and we will return.

Excellent Food at the restaurant and breakfast was amazing with so much choice.
Room was great with no outside noise to be heard so had a great nights sleep.

We stayed in a room with hot tub, it was gorgeous. The view was nice. They provided towels, robes and slippers. There were also shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the room. We had food in the onsite pub which was lovely we really enjoyed it. The spa is also very nice and relaxing and you are able to order drinks in there. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. The concierge was very welcoming and gave us a tour and showed us to our room.

We had a beautiful room which was very spacious overlooking the lake. There was a lack of storage, but we managed. The hotel is stunning and I love the younger vibe. The staff are trained to an extremely high standard which was very evident. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We loved the cocktail bar and Mizumi, their Asian fusion Restaurant on site. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice, including delicious coffee. It would’ve been nice to have bottled water in the room rather than have to ask for it at reception, but this was just a minor inconvenience. It was a truly lovely stay and I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel was in the heart of Bowness and Windermere. The staff on the whole were fantastic and friendly. The room we had was very spacious and comfortable with a brilliant view of the lake. Breakfast was as expected for £15
