It is a very good hotel with friendly staff and room is of good size. This is the second time staying here but was very disappointing. We were welcome by a big fly in the room. When I tried to take a quick shower to wake me up for the 0635 flight, there’s no hot water and I had to take a cold water shower.

Nice clean room. Efficient check in and out. Close to Heathrow. Loads of car parking spaces.

Quick check in, lovely spotlessly clean room. The bed was very comfy and had a fab shower. Breakfast was great - plenty of choice. There was a shuttle bus to the different terminals which was prompt to the timetable.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.

Closer to airport but the AC in our room wasn’t working. Luckily there was an available so we were moved. Staff are helpful and kind. Highly recommended

The check in staff was lovely. Our flight landed prior to the checkin time and staff worked hard to prioritise getting our room ready early for us which was much appreciated after a long overnight flight. The receptionist was very friendly and helped us organise transport to the airport the following day, which was very helpful. We had a coffee in a nice little outside garden space in the sun while we waited. Prices for food and drink were expensive, but I guess that's the norm for a London hotel close to the airport. The bed was comfy and the room was clean, quiet and had all the amenities you would expect.

Good

The location is good - easy to get to from Heathrow (and back again) using the regular local bus. This is not very expensive either - so not bad for an airport hotel close to Heathrow. The breakfast was pretty good - the fried eggs were hard (i.e. left out on the hot plates too long) and croissants crunchie (i.e. too toasted) BUT the range was good. My main criticism is that the air-conditioning system seemed to be totally broken. You could turn it on, but it did not do anything (i.e., it did not make the air cooler). Your only hope was to open the window at night, but that was very noisy. And the air-conn system just turned itself off after a couple of hours of not doing anything. Pointless! And given how hot it was - the hottest day in England in history according to the BBC - this was a big failing! I've stayed at the Leonardo at Heathrow 1-2 times a years for a lot of years, but I'm seriously rethinking that. Sleep requires some temperature control.

Hotel staff was so kind and very friendly

My only complaint was how expensive it was. $250 cdn for a room and 2 breakfast. It’s by Heathrow so I guess that accounts for the price. The staff recommended a pub to eat at as the restaurant wanted $40 for a cheeseburger lol. Pub grub was great and just a short walk. The stay was great overall.

Nice hotel for overnight stay before flying

Great stop over as had an early flight the next morning, rooms really clean & very friendly staff, I would stay here again and recommend :-)

Breakfast menu was fresh. Not to forger that it was nice setting in the Bar Lounge / Restaurant to watch Soccer while ordering your Pizza with some Beers. Bed was comfortable and Location is great near the Airport.

Perfect for per flight stay

Staff were friendly and helpful on reception out barman was excellent, rooms spacious, comfortable and clean. Transfers to and from terminal 5 very quick and easy with information at reception.

Tania and Jacek looked after me at check and provided excellent service. Breakfast was excellent and the rooms were clean and tidy. Great to see a security guard in the car park aswell!

Breakfast was good with a fair variety. Front desk staff were excellent. Bar manager was not rude but rather abrupt.
