I have been to London many times and this is the first experience landing at another hotel next to the one I use to stay. The hotel was quite new and awesome, near to the train station, reachable halal food and everything was good as its walking distance to most places of interest in London City.

The staff was very helpful with suggestions for getting places. We were allowed to check in early and the kitchenette was very useful. It's located in a very convenient area, very near a tube station and bus stops. The room was perfect for our needs.

The receptionist was very unhelpful, I arrived the hotel at 13:00, she said I should pay 30 pounds for early check in or come back after 15:00, but no one help me to keep my luggage, I need to put it onto the shelf of the storeroom by myself, no one would pick it to my room. After a long flight I was very tired, but the reception wanted me to do Self check in, self check out, the reception never do check in or check out. Poor service.
The house keeper was absent minded, I had put all my clothes onto my bed and written down a piece of paper “please do not tidy my bed” but she still done that, I am very mind someone touch my clothes or throw my clothes onto the floor.
after she had tidied my bed, my nightcloth make me Itching， I believe she should have put my clothes on the floor when she was tidying my bed. It makes me feel very unsatisfied and disgusting. Have she thrown my pillow onto the floor when she was tidying my bed?
After cleaning the toilet, she forgot to close the door.
I would say It’s not a hotel , it’s only an apartment with poor service.
I’ve never had a bad experience in any hotel like this. I won’t come back again

Totally rubbish. Very dirty. Smelly blanket. Dirty pillow. Dirty floor. Worst hotel ( I have tried more than 20 before in different parts of the world including HK / Germany / Finland / France and etc ). Request for refunding immediately.

The room was very good. The front end clerk Oksana was helpful to us when we arrived. When it came time to doing my laundry the supermarket gave me a hard time when I tried to do a currency exchange, so Oksana helped me out. The stay itself was well worth it.

La ubicación estuvo excelente , lo único que no me agradó del todo fue la limpieza de la habitación, las sábanas parecían un poco sucias y no había jabón para lavar un poco los trastes o toalla de papel para cocina. De ahí en fuera todo bien
