We spend 4 nights as a couple at Point A and Had booked a standard-twin room with window. The service was very friendly and always ready to help. The room was newly renovated, air conditioned and was spacious enough for two. The bathroom was also very clean and modern. The location is okay, a 10min walk from Earls Court. We would recommend using rentable e-bikes to move around and explore the city, as Lime and Forest stations are close by. We did not have had breakfast, although the buffet looked good and the price of £13/person ist quite fair. But there are plenty of breakfast cafes close like the OVER and UNDER at Earls Court Station. We had a great time and would recommend the hotel!

I really liked the hotel overall and would definitely stay again. The area was great, the bathroom was very nice, and the bed was wide and comfortable. However, the room we chose was extremely small for two people. There was barely any space to walk around, and our luggage had to stay on the floor the entire time. Because of the limited space, we basically had to access our suitcases one at a time. I also didn’t realize the room didn’t include a mini fridge or microwave, which was inconvenient since we couldn’t store snacks, breakfast items, or leftovers from the food we ordered. We ended up ordering Uber Eats a couple of times and had to eat either on the bed or on the floor because there was no other space available. If I had chosen a slightly bigger room, the stay would have been perfect, because aside from the room size, I truly enjoyed the hotel and the surrounding area.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Even when I lost my phone at a pub one of the staff assisted in calling an uber for me to get back there. … I like the boutique style and definitely would stay there again. However, having someone assist with luggage would be a plus and the rooms are a bit small. Overall it’s a great place with pricing and easy walk to the tube, tesco and to get to the city for shopping!
