It’s a fairly new hotel with excellent location by the waterfront. Buffet breakfast has plenty varieties. Carpark is just a short walk to the hotel. The area is safe and clean. Very enjoyable with easy access to everything.

Great and clean

The location is very nice. It is just near to the Albert dock. Since the early of morning. The drain in the toilet keep making some water flashing sound that makes everyone awake. It was quite loud and you can't sleep again. I have never experienced a hotel like that. Very Very poor experience at Liverpool Pullman.

Visiting M and S Bank Arena so hotel was very convenient and parking next door was easy. Good food excellent breakfast staff friendly and polite and clean and comfortable facilities.

The room was really modern and spacious with a great view of the channel.

The guy on reception when we arrived was very pleasant, however everyone else after that not so much. The manager running breakfast was extremely abrupt and outride rude

Have stayed a few times as though it is pricey at weekends (as a lot of places are in the city now), it's a reliably comfortable stay in a good location with a solid breakfast, and staff always great. Nice to have a coffee from the huge comfy bed in the morning while looking out across the river and waterfront through the massive window. Close to museums, some great restaurants, shopping and transport to the football grounds.

Everyone was super friendly. Room and facility very clean. Neighborhood is walkable with many restaurants and things to do nearby.

Excellent service from staff on arrival, simple and quick check in. Lovely room, great view. Helpful staff, great breakfast, perfect location for the arena. Everyone was so kind and helpful and my friend and I felt safe here. Great stay, would definitely return.
