I found this hotel by accident when just arrived at Paddington Station after flying +18 hours from Jakarta to Heathrow. Tired condition of having to push a large 32 kg suitcase made me undo the intention to move to the hostel that had been booked in advance near Victoria Station. The location is very strategic, only about 5 minutes walk from Paddington Station. Room B10 which is located at LG is quite spacious, there are 4 beds, a bath tube and a heating machine which I thought was an AC at first. Since sleeping there on the first night finally decided to extend the stay there for the next 5 days with family who flew after a few days later. BTW, did I tell you that this hotel turned out to be a shooting location for one of my favorite films from the ' 90s era? Trainspotting 1. Please check it out!

Superbra frukostmeny, födans något för alla i familjen.
Otroligt varmt rum om man hade med sovloft. Hårda sängar uppe men otroligt sköna nere.
Personalen supertrevlig! Fanns inga USB-laddare kan vara bra att veta. Fanns kyl på rummet, stod inte innan så positivt överraskade.
Tyvärr otroligt lyhört, pratade de i rummen bredvid hördes allt genom väggen. Även om någon gick på golvet knarrade brädorna till vårt rum.
Trafiken hördes men störde oss inte.
Vi är nöjda med tanke på priset. Var det som förväntat fast med bättre frukost och otroligt trevlig personal!

- rock hard mattress
- very small bed & duvet
- literal gaps under the front door letting all noise through
- very old plumbing so anytime anyone used a tap or loo next to/above us etc or shower would be very loud in our room
- broken or peeling or shabby every piece of furniture including chrome effect on bathroom fixings
- cig butts everywhere out of the window
- very tiny bathroom
- very narrow doorways
- random piece of MDF on the windowsill
- did not sleep
- sharp edge on metal floor carpet divider thing in doorway
- dirt/dust in tea and coffee tray thing
The staff were fine, and are obviously just doing their best in an old building where the owner clearly wants to botch job everything and make money rather than actually make a nice hotel. You're literally just paying for the proximity to Paddington station and fancy entrance.

This propery has no AC and no refrigerators. It was warm for March but we were comfortable with the fan, but I would NOT book in warmer months. The shower drained very slowly and never got hot. Front desk had maintenance come but the problem never really got fixed. Beda were comfortable. The breakfast buffet looked good though we never ate it. We were allowed to fill out water bottles daily at the buffet and were greeted with a smile from the attendant. The front desk staff was helpful.
At the end of the day, you're using the room to recharge and wash off the day. This barely hit the mark for that. Although the location was terrific, there are other places that may be better suited for comfort.
