Ideally placed for what we needed (nearby to Empire Shepherd's Bush - we were going to a gig) we actually booked with the Sapphire but ended up staying in their sister hotel the Pearl which is a couple of doors down

I booked sapphire but was redirected to pearl for check in, I was then given accommodation in the pearl hotel which was a few doors down. The pearl hotel wasn’t clean but the gentleman that served me was very welcoming. I’ve stayed in the sapphire hotel before which was clean, so lesson learned - insist on staying where you booked.

Easy instructions to get keys from sister hotel a few yards along the road. Friendly member of staff. Room was clean. The thin duvet on bed was fine for me, but others might appreciate an additional blanket in winter.
