I stayed one night at the Bristol Hotel whilst in Bristol for the weekend to see the new Greatest Showman musical. The hotel was in a great location - near the Harbourside and close to walk to the theatre and the main shopping area. I did room only so didn’t have any food at the hotel, but it was a great price for the room - a lovely big room with plenty of amenities and a comfortable armchair as well. The hotel lobby has a lovely smell and feels very upmarket. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a secure car park right next door that the hotel offer a slight discount on, and there was an entrance directly into the hotel from the carpark which was great. I would definitely look to stay at The Bristol Hotel again if I return to Bristol.

Excellent location to see all that Bristol has to offer, check-in was prompt and friendly and the lobby area was spacious. The double room was perfect for our stay with coffee and tea facilities, iron and ironing board. The bathroom was on the small side but it did have a bath with a shower and toiletries provided and the towels were amazing. The overall sleep quality was excellent the bed and pillows were so comfy. The hotel has a lovely restaurant The River Grille and Ricks Bar, they are both reasonably priced and fantastic choice.

Hotel was lovely modern but with an old school twist. Pianist in the bar, silverware on the breakfast tables and impeccable service by the wonderful staff. Enjoyed our stay, lovely waterfront position. Great food in the river Grille and fabulous cocktails on Ricks.

A nice friendly welcome. Lovely comfy bed, and nice shower. It was quite a warm day so used the air con which wasn't that great and a bit noisy but that was the only negative. Had a drink in the bar which was nice and chilled.

Good room, but the bathroom was the size of a cupboard. I could not figure out how they got a bath into the "the room". The answer is to remove the bath and replace with a walk in shower.

Prettige ontvangst, ruime schone kamer, gehele accommodatie was schoon met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De bar heeft een variatie aan dranken. Het restaurant is tijdens zowel het ontbijt, lunch en dinner netjes onderhouden met goed bereid eten en vriendelijk personeel. Housekeeping hield de kamer netjes en schoon.
