Excellent location, wonderful breakfast, magnificent view, except that the room was cleaned up a bit late on one day! Will definitely come back!

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed. The location was great, situated on the river front, a lovely way to enjoy the sun shine. The hotel was clean and the bed was so comfy. It was great coffee and tea facilities in the room, with short bread biscuits as a special treat to start the morning off positively. The car park was next to the hotel and we paid 19 pounds for the night. We didn’t opt for the breakfast, and we enjoyed an evening meal nearby, so did not use the restaurant facilities but there was a good range of choices on the menu. We will defo return to this hotel.

Godt hotel med god central beliggenhed, som selvfølgelig også betyder lidt støj. Meget god morgenmad og venligt hjælpsomt personale.

The air-conditioning breakdown in my room and the staff were helpful in relocating me to another room very quickly they also extended my stay on a couple of occasions, allowing me to stay in the same room

Good location and clean room

Läckande AC som gjorde att det luktade mögel i rummen. Vi fick ett nytt rum men samma sak där tyvärr. Allra störigast var dock att man utöver betalningen (dyrt hotell fö) skulle betal deposit på minst 150 pund som jag ännu efter drygt en vecka inte fått tillbaka. Ett riktigt dåligt hotell skulle jag säga

Central location with good parking. Breakfast was good value for money. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Reception staff very helpful, Minibar free on first day, We had the suite, which was very nice air conditioned, tea coffee biscuits every day.

Modern hotel in a great location by the harbour side in Bristol, lovely spacious and comfortable room with fantastic air conditioning! Within easy walking distance if all central landmarks.

Great location and about 15 minutes from the station, an easy walk. The dockside area does get busy, avoid if you don’t like to see people having fun, lovely place to walk around plenty to see. We didn’t eat at the hotel, found a bus to Bath only a few minutes walk away. Nice friendly hotel

Asked for a "quiet" room. Given a room overlooking the riverside. The many entertainment venues were very noisy so, in spite of the very warm weather, we had to keep the windows shut to keep out the noise. Not ideal so if you, like us, are light sleepers and request a "quiet room" , make sure it does NOT face onto the riverside!!

All of the staff were very helpful but especially the barman and restaurant staff. I had an excellent meal in the restaurant, and a great night's sleep. The room was comfortable but I spent precious little time in it to want much more out of the room itself. My single, solitary criticism is a very picky one. There was a hand rail to get into the bath/shower but not one to assist the reverse process. This required a careful balancing act but I descended safely. Thus, a safety rail placed parallel with the rail, which contains the towels might be of benefit to assist those, who like me suffer from arthritis, to exit after bathing or showering. I did not go to the cocktail bar before or after dinner because I was bushed but I will return to Bristol and make sure that I sample its wares.

Easy to find with car park right next door, easy and immediate check in, helpful staff, well appointed room. It was quite stuffy in the room as the windows do not open fully and there is no air con. We did find a fan in the cupboard at the end of our stay though.

lovely room with a great huge, high, comfortable bed. The location is Prince Street- just off the quay- perfect. Just 5 minute walk to cathedral green.

Escolhi esse hotel de última hora porque decidi passar a noite em Bristol, e fiz uma ótima escolha. A localização é excelente, o quarto amplo e bem decorado, o café da manhã é muito bom e a equipe do hotel super cordial.
