Excellent location, wonderful breakfast, magnificent view, except that the room was cleaned up a bit late on one day! Will definitely come back!

The staffs are all very friendly, the areas around hotel are very safe, parking is easy just right to the hotel and we found everything we needed in our room. However, I think the hotel room is a bit dated and need a renovation.

A very nice hotel

Although the hotel itself is very nice, the noise from the street outside was terrible. We stayed on a Friday night and could hear noise from the bars, people out on the street shouting/swearing. This went on until 4am so we had very little sleep (we were on the 5th floor). When I told the receptionist when we checked out she said it was because it’s a city centre on a Friday night so is to be expected!

Really good. Bathroom was tiny with no surfaces and the gym doesn’t open until 9 which was a pain but nice friendly staff and a clean hotel.

The room was spotless and very spacious. Staff at reception were exceptionally helpful. The function went extremely well and view from the breakfast room was stunning in the morning👍

The hotel was easy to get to from Bristol airport. The room was very comfortable. We had breakfast each day and although limited enough the quality of the food was excellent. The restaurant has a lovely view over the harbour area. We had an evening meal there one night during our short stay and the food and ambiance were excellent.

Very vlean room freindly staff

Comfortable bed, lighting could be better. Larger amount of shower gel please. We just about had enough for the 2 of us for evening and morning shower. Helpful and friendly staff. Good location. Availability of car parking although a little tight going up the ramp in a large car, watch your wheels!

Breakfast was poor for the money, sausages were like bullets, waited ages for bacon as it was empty , eggs like rubber, it seems it was all pre cooked and warmed up and waited over 10 minutes to be offered a table, not good for £18 each

Our room was somewhat small, considering we hadn’t booked the cheapest room and it was standard size. I’d say the bathroom was the biggest issue as the door opened inwards so you had to sort of squeeze around it to get in and out so felt a little claustrophobic. There was no fridge in our room which was ok for a single nights’ stay but had we been there longer, this would have been disappointing. Room was a little warm and so we did open the window but couldn’t leave it open all night as it was loud outside (undetectable for a Friday night in the city to be fair). It was a decent stay in a very good location but not sure if we would stay again or try somewhere else.

It’s a central city hotel and that is reflected in the price. £18 is a lot for breakfast

Great cosy hotel The location was perfect for us and the parking is basically downstairs. Will definitely be back soon.

The room was fine but had noisy air conditioning and overlooked a noisy bar.

Great location right in Harbourside. The hotel is clean and staff are helpful. This wasn't our first stay here and it's looking a little tired in some places.
