Friendly staff upon arrival, convenient and very secure parking literally next to the hotel. The room was a very good size, and very clean. The breakfast had a wide range of food and drink available. In a very stylish setting by the river. As for the location of the hotel, it's in an ideal location to explore the city of Bristol. Overall very happy and would return again.

Top notch ambiance. Lifts are old but very fast and never crowded. Cool soothing Jazz/triphop beats in public areas and bogs. Low accidental slashing risk as most edges and corners are rounded (key concern for blood thinner medication patron). Unusually thick toilet roll (Can you share where you source these?) . Black light testing on pillows raised STD concerns

Rooms very clean and well equipped. All staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Location excellent. On site restaurant and cocktail bar were lovely.
Only negative was noise from rooms next door. There were adjoining doors which, although locked for our stay, meant no soundproofing. It was like they were in our room talking.

This is now our go to hotel in Bristol.

The room heater is noisy so had to be turned off at night meaning the room was cold in the morning and no heating in the surprisingly small bathroom.

Love this hotel, the smell as you walk through the entrance, the polite, presentable, friendly and efficient staff. The cleanliness and facilities in the rooms and rest of the hotel are very good.

Customer care sadly lacking. In the room only hot water came out of the cold tap couldn't make a drink. I was asked to move rooms so they could fix it. I went down to reception and back up to a new room but the key hadn't been programmed so back to reception again and back to the new room. No apology, no acknowledgment of the error and inconvenience.
The new room was tiny. I would expect at least the same grade of room if not an upgrade when being moved.
Then I found that the new room also has no cold water only hot. I was too tired and now behind in my work to complain, so I stuck it out.
I am very concerned that there is a very real risk of Legionella at this hotel.
No coffee except Decaff and only enough milk for two cups, why so stingy?

Another great stay here, main thing I like about this hotel is the staff who are always friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is also pretty decent and rooms are a fair size.
