住宿跟打掃品質都普通

房間看起來還可以，但是沒穿拖鞋腳會蠻髒的，這次訂了早餐加上晚餐，但是12 /25 &12/26餐廳關閉，沒有供餐，之後去吃晚餐品質也不高，但是服務人員的服務還不錯，不建議額外付費去吃，洗手台水管嚴重不通，洗臉後水會積在那邊15-30分鐘以上，沐浴乳用光了也不會主動補，不知道是因為連續假期房務人員都沒休息的關係，還是本來就這樣，早餐的部分常常缺東缺西，補的速度也很慢，個人覺得只有三星級的品質

離市區較遠，但價格相對便宜很多，且離最近的地鐵站走路只要3分鐘，到市區雖然需要約40分鐘，但交通算是方便。房間很乾淨，舒適，是我會再考慮入住的飯店。

價錢十分抵，好近地鐵站，只需3分鐘就到，房間清潔，舒適，裝修新，隨音非常好，美中不足只是離london 要40分鐘車程、遠了點

Hot tub wasn't hot enough but was still good 😌.

The room they gave us was not clean and smelled of cooking. There were bin bags in the corridor as well as in the elevator. The general manager was actually very apologetic and gave us a better room although when I went to shower it was only cold water. We therefore decided to cancel the remainder of nights. He explained that he had a problem with cleaning staff and lack of resources. He apologized profusely and despite his kindness we could not continue with the booking

Was a gift for my son in laws birthday they enjoyed their stay loved the massage and pool.. only negative is it says english breakfast but when my daughter requested an add on for breakfast she was told they only cater for indian breakfast and if she wanted an english breakfast ect there was a cafe across the road which she did use, Overall they loved their stay but maybe if an english breakfast is not available they shouldnt advertise .

Not good

Great for our single overnight stay after a trip to Twickenham- it’s about a 30 min easy walk to the ground and we were lucky enough to get one of the dozen or so parking spaces which cost £20 per 24 hours. The gym and pool are excellent and the onsite Thai massage also extremely good. Next doors authentic Indian was one of the best we’ve ever had. Room was fine a bit tired and my pillow had seen much better days but overall excellent value for money with a Greggs and Costa around the corner for breakfast.

Nice hotel with access to gym/pool convenient to Underground.

Stayed here for one night. Environment - The hotel is situated on a main road surrounded by apartments. There is a police station around the corner which makes you feel safe however, there is a few rough sleepers nearby. Close the local high street which is good. Car park - the car park didn’t look like it was a part of the hotel and there was no clear indication of how to get from the car park to reception, it was £20 for a parking spot for 24 hours. Room - Cleanliness isn’t a priority, you can tell by the bad smell which hits you as soon as you open the door of the room. The handle of the wardrobe was missing, the view was an apartment block due to no net curtains (you could see straight into people’s homes), there was a massive crack in the window, the heating did not work (there was a small portable faulty heater in the wardrobe). The shower drain had a bad smell and the shampoo, shower gel, and cream had not been filled Spa - you were told to use your towel from your room in the spa, once used you were to bring it back to reception to be replaced - no towels at reception and had to wait 2 hours for new ones. The changing rooms are used by guests of the hotel and gym members - you must bring and use your own locks. There is a lot of rust in the area by the jacuzzi on the ceiling and the emergency exit door. It was better to use the stairs rather than the lift which took long to arrive. Overall, it should be a 2 star hotel and definitely not for a special occasion.
