I travel a lot and this is one of the most overpriced / over rated hotels that I have stayed in and it looks nothing like the photographs on the site. It was across the road from the airport and the staff were fine. But the hotel is old and given the renovations and the lack of watering of the grass around the pool - it was way overpriced. Then to add to it all - we had a plane cancellation and were to be delayed a day but apparently they were booked out and we could not transfer the booking! when we arrived the next day to get receipts for claims - the hotel did not certainly seem at capacity - but no way to tell accurately. Needless to say - will find alternative next time we are transiting in Nadi

Your site showed the hotel has easy access to the beach and has a hot tub. Both didn't exist. I wanted a hotel near the beach and it was disappointing. No WiFi in the room. A code has to be obtained every hour to Access the wifi from public areas. Paid continental breakfast is very limited . Using credit cards ask for 3% charges
Half day stay is very expensive too. There's nothing close to the hotel. Wasted four valuable days in this place. Will not book again thru Expedia as the info provided by you was comply untrue.

This is a decent spot for being near the airport and convenient to get guests there on time the day of departure. Highly recommend it. Great fresh juices, wish they offered a greater variety of healthy vegetarian fare. The staff went above and beyond to return something I left in the room. Thank you for your hospitality

The staff were very welcoming and arranged my room as soon as possible for me. They gave me great ideas of where to visit during my 24 hour stay. Very easy to plan for this stopover and the Gateway provided everything I needed.
