Great and cheerful place by the airport

We only booked for one night and booked the most expensive two bedroom suite. The rooms were nice, and located in a quiet area. The staff did not seem very friendly and at dinner we were ignored for service until we moved to a table closer to the middle. I booked a massage at the hotel and was duped into an expensive package by the proprietor presenting it as the same deal as the ones I had originally wanted. I was given a massage that was mostly spreading of copious amounts of oil, a manicure consisting of removing my nail polish and applying a new one while I was getting a facial that left my face flaming red. After I complained to the hotel, the manager of the spa called me to yell at me on the phone. I had to see the hitel manager to have the abuse reported. At our check out the staff didn't even acknowledge our existence. Would definitely not book here again.

Room was very clean and spacious. The staff at reception was very friendly and kind as were the airport shuttle drivers.

Everything was seamless, great service and accommodation

We stayed overnight at the start and end of our Fiji holiday. The location is great. We literally walked from the airport to the hotel in about 2minutes. Our room was small but sufficient for our needs with a modern bathroom. The bed was comfortable and everything clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We did not use the restaurant - going by the numbers of people there I assume it is good. The pool area is nice. We walked to the supermarket. It is about 20minutes one way.

The Staff were great and very friendly and hospitable as ever.Were very positive when engage in any conversation.Food and drinks were excellent,I had a good experience of room service as I ordered some late meals/snacks and delivered on time.

Beautiful hotel with a great location as you can walk over from the airport. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Fit very well with the tropical setting

This is a well maintained property but it is not as good as it used to be. The staff are lovely, the pool amazing and the shuttle bus service is appreciated. The breakfast options are limited as the only choice is a buffet breakfast and it is annoying that free WIFI is only available in the lobby.

Near the airport….

Great place to stay, whether flying or not - super close to the airport but feels like a little luxurious getaway. Greta facilities, pool, poolside bar, live music, nice rooms. Highly recommend for a short stay. Wish we’d had an extra night or two.

Great location, walked from airport in 2 minutes. Clean, comfortable and was perfect for our stop-over. Staff we friendly and helpful. This will be our regular stop over when visiting Fiji.

Great hotel right next to the airport for easy transit.

We were in block beside where staff come in and was very noisy at night while trying to sleep. Room was very small and a bit dated, but otherwise clean & comfortable.

They still charge for WIFI! The room has old windows that don't seal out the bugs or noise. My room had ants in any food left out for more than a minute. It looks nice & I did appreciate the option to sleep with sheets instead of the European comforter. The pool slide is very fun, but only for good swimmers. They don't heat the pools. 1 pool is in the lobby / restaurant, so nobody uses it. By far the best part of the hotel is you can easily walk to the airport. Don't expect your order to be accurate or drinks in less than 20 minutes at the restaurant.

Das Personal im Restaurant war sehr hilfsbedürftig mit einer Menge Fehler. Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft 3h nach dem offiziellen Check in Zeitpunkt nicht fertig , so dass wir noch warten mussten. Zudem insgesamt recht laut. Ansonsten sauber und freundlicher Umgang. Der Drop zum Flughafen hat einwandfrei geklappt. Preis / Leistung passen nicht ganz zusammen.
