We booked a room to have before our late evening flight. When we arrived at noon, they were able to accommodate us for early check-in which was a dream! The also helped for us to arrange a taxi to the mud pool and hot springs. We ate at the Palms Restaurant and the food was great!! I had read that some of the rooms were dated and/or moldy, but we did not experience any of that! Very pleased with the condition and cleanliness of our room. It worked out as an awesome solution for our needs!

Very Elegant resort. staff very friendly. For me everything was excellent but the heat got to me. breakfast amazing. very friendly environment. feel home. Thank you Crown Plaza Resort fir relaxing holiday. Thank you all staff. Love everything. keep it up.

Close to the airport for arrivals and departures. Easy to get a bus to downtown Nadi. Restaurant open great hours to cater for early departure and late arrivals but menu was a bit boring. Need more variety.

Staff were excellent and very friendly. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Construction on the property which started at approx 5.45am was very noisy on the day we were leaving.
