Breakfast was great. We did notbhave time for gym

We booked family connecting room for our trip this time, requesting extra bed in each room for the kids. The rooms are neat and clean. The staffs are nice and respond our request quickly. There are a variety of activities can do in hotel. We stayed in hotel one full day. We played at the beach which can walk directly from hotel lobby. We also swim and rent the bikes from hotel and took a bicycle rides along the beach. The kids love it! And our family also played picco ball in their court (they provide tennis court and table tennis table as well). At the end of the day, I enjoyed the spa (which is at Conrad standard). A lot of things can do in hotel, will not be bored! Food is good, particularly we like the Rin Japanese food restaurant. We spent 2 dinners at Rin, one is buffet and one is à la cart menu. Both are exceptional. Tasty food at relatively cheaper price than in Hong Kong. We love it!

The room was absolutely unliveable, it was extremely meldy. The hair dryer was completely molded. At first, I assumed that all the rooms were this way, so I didn't bother complaining to the front desk. However, in the morning when I went to the second room we rented, I realized that the problem was with my room only. When we brought us the issue with the hotel, the staff blamed us for not calling them at night to take care of the issue. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in an hotel. It is not my job to tell the hotel which rooms are okay which ones are not, it should be their job.

Staying here was awesome. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spotless and tidy. The hotel's facilities were great and had everything you could need. The food at both restaurants was tasty, and the breakfast every day was top-notch. The pool was beautiful during the day, and it looked even more stunning at night with the lights on.

可能是農曆新年長假期， 早餐比較人多。還有酒店spa有㸃失望外，其他都符合為一間名牌酒店。酒店位置也算ok,如參加活動也會提供免費接送

环境很好，早餐不错，员工态度很亲切，可能因为中国游客比较少所以多数需要英文交流，但是完全没什么问题。

唯一の不満はトイレの排水口からだと思うが下水のような匂いがずっと出ていたこと。設備の問題であって掃除ができていないわけではないが4泊の滞在中ずっと不愉快でした。食事は（ノンアルカクテルを除いて)美味しいしスタッフさんのサービスは素晴らしい。朝食時間を少し早めてくれるともっと嬉しい。

Lovley for older family’s. Kids club isn’t good for young or older kids. My 7 year old refused to go back. Very nice kept hotel, almost immaculate. Food not overly exciting. No swim up bar. Kids club closes at 5pm.

This resort is great! It is our third time in the ocean front suite. The staff is super helpful and customer service is amazing. The suite is amazing and the bed is so comfortable! It all feels like the home away from home. The dining in the beach is very special and tasty. Buffet breakfast has a lot to choose. The restaurants are very good too. The Azure bar always has super friendly staff and the cocktails and local wine are definitely worth while. The spa is sooo good and relaxing. Highly recommend Conrad. Thank you we will be back.

The service was exceptional and the facilities were excellent. We just didn’t enjoy the loud wedding ceremonies. There were three ceremonies during our two-week stay, and their duration was three days each. Additionally, the adult pool was used by families with children. However, we thank you for your wonderful hospitality."

The hotel needs to be renovated. Service needs to be better to be a 5 star hotel

The suite was perfect for a family of two adults and a teenager. Plenty of space and is kept clean and tidy by the wonderful staff.

Was blown away by the facility and the quality of service by the Conrad team members. 3rd time staying at a Conrad property and is my go to hotel if I am in a city or resort town and one is available

The resort’s primary distinction is its exceptional staff, whose commitment to sincere hospitality is evident from arrival through departure. While the property generally maintains high standards of cleanliness, the expansive interconnected pool requires more consistent maintenance—specifically the isolated section accessible via the left side of the sandy lagoon entrance. Furthermore, while the breakfast buffet provides a commendable variety, the culinary experience would be further elevated by a more diverse selection of desserts and a broader assortment of fresh seasonal fruits.

I had a wonderful stay. Would absolutely recommend. The hotel was beautiful and food amazing, especially the Japanese restaurant impressed me. The staff was very kind and second to none. The breakfast was huge with food from all corners of the world. Prices inside the hotel were high compared to the world outside the resort, but still reasonable. I had bought half board as I like an easy meal plan with quick in and out time as a single traveller, but I wouldn’t recommend. You could choose from a 3 course menu, but I never had room for all 3 courses. Probably would have been better to just pay as you go, unless you have a healthy appetite. Most activities in the hotel cost extra, so didn’t try them.

Over all the properly was very good, very nice breakfast & beautiful pools. Check-in was horrible, we had 3 rooms one was available 1h before Check-in the second room I had to chase up and we checked in 30min past the check-in time. The third room wasn't available until 2.5h past the check-in time without any explanation. I had to ask for the management to explain what had happened without any explanation he extended checkout time for that room by 3h and organised a transfer to our next hotel. Majority of the staff on the floor was very helpful and good but not the check-in stuff. They need to improve the communication skills to the guests as specialy when guests pay top dollar for the stay.
