峇里島康萊德酒店

We booked family connecting room for our trip this time, requesting extra bed in each room for the kids. The rooms are neat and clean. The staffs are nice and respond our request quickly. There are a variety of activities can do in hotel. We stayed in hotel one full day. We played at the beach which can walk directly from hotel lobby. We also swim and rent the bikes from hotel and took a bicycle rides along the beach. The kids love it! And our family also played picco ball in their court (they provide tennis court and table tennis table as well). At the end of the day, I enjoyed the spa (which is at Conrad standard). A lot of things can do in hotel, will not be bored! Food is good, particularly we like the Rin Japanese food restaurant. We spent 2 dinners at Rin, one is buffet and one is à la cart menu. Both are exceptional. Tasty food at relatively cheaper price than in Hong Kong. We love it!

The room was absolutely unliveable, it was extremely meldy. The hair dryer was completely molded. At first, I assumed that all the rooms were this way, so I didn't bother complaining to the front desk. However, in the morning when I went to the second room we rented, I realized that the problem was with my room only. When we brought us the issue with the hotel, the staff blamed us for not calling them at night to take care of the issue. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in an hotel. It is not my job to tell the hotel which rooms are okay which ones are not, it should be their job.

Staying here was awesome. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spotless and tidy. The hotel's facilities were great and had everything you could need. The food at both restaurants was tasty, and the breakfast every day was top-notch. The pool was beautiful during the day, and it looked even more stunning at night with the lights on.

可能是農曆新年長假期， 早餐比較人多。還有酒店spa有㸃失望外，其他都符合為一間名牌酒店。酒店位置也算ok,如參加活動也會提供免費接送

环境很好，早餐不错，员工态度很亲切，可能因为中国游客比较少所以多数需要英文交流，但是完全没什么问题。

今回４名での家族旅行で初バリです オーシャンスイートに宿泊、かなり広めで部屋の広さは申し分なくリッチに過ごせました 欠点は２点ありトイレの水量が弱く、水回りの設備は少し古く感じたました。 あと、部屋が広いぶんゴミ箱とテイッシュの配置を考慮いただけると楽になるかなと思います。 ただ施設的にもかなり大型ホテルであり、プールや回廊も綺麗に維持されておりリゾート感を満喫できました。 家族からも好評でした、スタッフの皆さんに感謝です

お部屋はオーシャンビューで最高の景色でした。室内も広々として清潔感があり、終始心地よく過ごせました。特にレストランSUKUでの朝食はブッフェ形式で世界中の料理をいただけるのですが、どれも美味しくぜひお勧めしたいポイントです。また、スタッフの方々の温かいホスピタリティにも感動しました。日常を忘れて心身共にリフレッシュでき、最高の思い出になりました。ぜひまた伺いたいです！ I had the best time here. The ocean view from the room was breathtaking, and the room was so roomy and clean. Don't miss out on the breakfast at SUKU. They offer a buffet with a wide variety of dishes from around the world, and everything I tried was amazing. It’s definitely a must-try! A huge thank you to the staff for their amazing hospitality. they really made me feel at home. It was such a refreshing experience. I'll definitely be back!

We were staying from 16 to 20 Feb. Firstly I was allocated a room that was very damp and has a stench smell. We managed to change room. However pillows in the new room has a smell like a damp smell and we gotten them to change immediately. After changing we still face the same issue. We had to sun it from our room balcony. After two nights I discovered my neck and my hands have some bites like from bed bugs. I suspect it is bed bugs. I also discovered a lot of crumps near the bed and caught a cockroach. Towel provisions is not consistent. We have two people but towel replacement is only one sometimes. I do not wish to write such a review but I thought it’s important for the 5 star hotel to provide cleanliness for their guest. Overall the hotel service of staff is good. We have to give credit for this point.

We enjoyed our stay at Conrad, it is well located, rooms and bathrooms are spacious and maintained well. The kids club is well done and the pool also having a sand water section is something our toddler enjoyed. The staff is welcoming and warm, the concierge was superb at recommending good spots and organzing reservations, changing them too when we needed! Specifically would like to compliment Yunita, she was efficient, good to communicate, accomodating and reliable! I do feel some more restaurants or restaurants being open till a bit later in the hotel would be nice though we didn’t struggle because they had late in room dining and the location of the hotel allows you to venture out and just walk around to restaurants if you want to grab a late meal. I just wish the beach area was a bit more lively, it was quite empty with few beach beds so everyone was more focussed on the pool. Children’s pool also could have some sprinklers or slide, to make it more exciting for kids because I’ve seen it in some other properties. But overall it was still a comfortable stay enjoyed by us and our kid! Thanks for taking care of us Team Conrad!

敷地は広過ぎず、ちょうど良い広さでホテル内で十分楽しめた。ビーチは目の前でキッズクラブも充実しており子どもたちは帰りたくないと言ってました。

Beautiful resort, All the staff are amazing, very helpful and friendly. The Spa was very professional and the staff so caring. We loved this hotel because the grounds the staff and our room had access to the pool. We would recommend Conrad Bali highly for your Bali stay.

Fabulous beautiful luxury resort. Safe & quiet. Lovely comfortable room and excellent amenities. Staff and food were outstanding. I love all of the special dining options and events offered.
