除了房间以外，整体酒店的设施与规划都很棒，很美，人员服务也是在水平之上。房间部分是我觉得减分最多的地方，至少以这个价格来说，房间应该质量要更高些。给些例子；白天其实看不见小溪流，顶多就是山林，晚上小花园没有氛围灯，看出去黑黑的很可惜。可以手提的莲蓬头部分都没热水，甚至开关头还有零件松落。吊挂的风扇声音大，晚上睡觉不关不行。另外房内有新装修的味道，而且有些地方还有灰尘。总而言之，我觉得如果你一天都在外不管是酒店内享受设施，或是在外闲逛，对于房间只是晚上休息用的话那这个酒店很好。如果你是想要待在房内悠哉的过着，享受私人泳池的那我觉的这个价格还有很多其他好的选择。

tropical paradise! Perfect place to getaway ..

My wife & I are staying for 5 day/ 4 night here. This is our first time at Ubud, Bali. It takes 1 hour 20minutes from airport here. The traffic is a bit busy outside airport as there is some major construction around. Once we arrive Maya Ubud Resort & Spa, you just forget all the hustle & bustle. You are immersed in the tranquility and nature. Here, just slow down your steps & remember to smile! We are staying at pool villa while everything is so perfect here. Every morning, you wake up by the nature. Birds & insects sing. You may see squirrels starting their breakfasts around the trees. Before our meal, just follow a short walk, the 1-hour yoga class will make your body ready for the day. After the nice buffet breakfast, it is best either relax at pool or walk around the nature. You will find yourself inside the nature here. We are blessed to meet sunshine & breeze every day while shower only lasts for a short while. If you find your legs sore, don’t miss the famous spa at Maya. We visit them three times out of the five days! It won’t be perfect without a nice dinner to finish your day. Here, we have tried dinner at the restaurant, grill at our villa, specially arranged romantic dinner at balcony. The staff here will share anything that they know to enrich your stay Maya Ubud is a truly getaway & a priceless holiday!

園區夠大 晨昏行走其間均感覺非常舒服 員工服務很貼心 客房整理一天兩次以上 令人驚喜 餐廳雖然只有一間 但用餐環境優雅 菜色種類多又可口 有機會會在造訪

must be the best resort in ubud.extremly huge resort.huge reflecting pool is amazy unbelievable.mini golf,yoga,tennis place they all have.vally walk around spa area also nice,they also have natural walk close the river.we met a big monkey there and different kind of insects.our villa is nice, during night and morning can hear the bird singing on our straw roof.we saw squirrel in the balcony. I experienced 3 hours spa with flower bath.the spa room is in the vally so can hear and feel the strong water flow and birds and insects .all in natural.like a dream.dont miss the spa in maya.spa is the soul of maya! and better choose villa with400 -600which is river side very quiet and face the vally can here water like live in natural.i lived in 700 -800which is face the tennis place and golf.not that good compare with 400-500.hotel is 550000. double times than normal taxi and small car aslo so don't recommed.if have children should notice that spa pool and that whole area which showed in the pics that highly represent maya , don't allow children go there.so we only can stay in the front desk area and reflectinh pool .so boring like we go there but only stay half place which is unfair.thank u for upgrat our room during stay.

该酒店入住的基本上都是欧美及日韩客人，超少国人同胞。。。酒店距登巴萨国际机场很远，因为周末晚上堵车，行车将近2个小时才到达酒店。酒店安保非常严格！32个赞！！！酒店每日至Ubud市中心有Shuttle,但是到下午17点就结束服务了！晚上从市中心打车回酒店要比从酒店打车出去便宜好多！酒店很好的利用了Ubud的整个自然景观，有梯田、河流、树林、绿草，再加上蓝天白云，甚是惬意！我们预定的花园景观Villa外面是个网球场，看不到任何的梯田，很遗憾！因为看到之前网友的评论，难道酒店真的偏向欧美客人咩？周末一大早酒店工人就在我们门外不远处进行维修施工，头疼！！！酒店早餐还可以，第二天早上BR@Room 超级丰盛，看的出来酒店工作人员需要小费。。。酒店内的两个游泳池都被欧美客人时刻享受着，咱根本享受不到啊。。。还有免费Yoga和Fitness及Golf，基本上都是欧美客人在体验。。。所以这个酒店真的是受欧美日韩客人最欢迎的酒店！体验了下酒店有名的Spa，伴着涓涓细流，微风佛面，轻柔的按摩，很享受！！！

我跟老公都非常非常满意。我们住的是园景Villa,房间很好很干净，各种设计都很贴心。巴厘岛果然是一流酒店二流海景三流沙滩啊。酒店区很大，但客房数不多，这样就算入住率全满的情况下，也不会显得很闹。非常适合度假养心。早晨很好。泳池很干净。景色真是一流

入住的时候的安排很贴心，还免费升级到了Villa。早上免费的瑜伽课很不错，那个瑜伽垫好想买一块回去啊。酒店布置的很好，在里面逛逛都觉得很放松，晚上的happy hour也很好。

户外环境很不错，室内这个价位一一般，主要是玩他的公共设施建，例如游泳池什么的还有一些节目。

Very joyful stay

酒店在丛林里，很大，沿着漫步小道走一圈要45分钟。免费给我从花园别墅升级到了泳池别墅（泳池太小，无法在别墅里游泳。只有去酒店里的两个泳池游），房间很私密浪漫，可以在花园和泳池裸奔。呵呵 喜欢SPA那片区域，只是SPA太贵了，咬牙给老婆做了160多美金的两小时SPA（含素食午餐），其实不值，只当体验。 不建议去乌布市场或者POLO工厂店，没啥意思，都是旅游团去购物的坑人地方。 每天都有开夜床服务，每天的打扫不光是打扫房间，把你的衣服都折叠好了，很贴心。 如果你不喜欢喧嚣，就喜欢酒店的惬意漫生活，绝对的推荐。有田、有丛林、有山谷和河流；免费的下午茶。。。还有恼人的树蛙，半夜叫的我都睡不着，拿雨伞去打跑它们。 开心的三天

服务非常好，酒店位置也很好，步行就可以到乌布附近，吃饭，购物都还算方便。酒店内的环境也是绝美的，外加无边的泳池，让人留恋！

很安静很优美的酒店，环境非常棒，可以天天待在酒店！工作人员热情，服务不错。酒店位置还行，有穿梭bus去乌布中心，但要掌握好时间，以免等待。

酒店的卖点就是风景，无边的游泳池，山谷里面的spa，都很漂亮，是个很安静的酒店，人也比较少，非常的舒适，放松。但是相对来说，villa就显得比较旧。早餐选择种类较少。
