My stay was exceptional! Maya resort Ubud are definitely a very good place to stay in Ubud. Their staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially their front office staff who helped me checked in, she was really friendly and sincere. Every part of the resort are clean, the view is beautiful. Maya Ubud was breathtaking, it felt like paradise. I loved waking in the morning and going out onto the terrace and hear all the birds. the people were friendly; they couldn't do enough for me. The food was fantastic. The room very clean and room service was awesome. I loved the stay. I had a great time and would go again. The show/dinner was fun. Great place, great scenery, great pool. Great service, great food, and good location where you feel exclusive. They did have construction going on however at the front entrance so keep this in mind. They also had construction going on along the tennis courts but this does not take away from the quality of service and happiness they provide. Eka, Mei, Putra was our butler and he did a fantastic job and was always there if anything was needed, 5 out 5 starts for you and the rest of the team!! Good work and stay here!

It was amazing hotel to stay we really love staff and pool. Only one thing that I would say is staff need to check the room before the guest because we had late check in and arrived the hotel around 10:30pm so first thing we wanted to take shower and there was a creepy reptile on the shower curtain.I really got scared. Rather than that everything was great.
