The room was fantastic. And the staff were fantastic as well. The proximity to the train station was great. And there are lots of food and shopping options very close by. We had a great stay and would stay again!

The staff was highly attentive to our needs during our stay, including preparing a breakfast box for us to take along when we told them that we could not stay for our paid breakfast due to our flight departure time. We originally wanted two separate beds for our room, and when we were given a room with a combined bed, the staff even came and split the bed for us.
The hotel is close to restaurants, a grocery store, metro, trains, and transportation to the airport (only about 15-20 minutes away). Highly recommend this place.

提供美味的早餐，有電梯，房間燈光較為昏暗，但不影響回來休息，地點去火車與參加tour的集合地點都相當方便，距離三間比較有名的pizza店慢慢步行都可以抵達，相當推薦

This was our second time staying at Starhotel Terminus. It's location is perfect for day trips to Vesuvius, Pompeii etc. or for visiting the city of Naples. A close by grocery store is convenient for purchasing anything you'd need for a day trip.
Hotel is big and comfy, great rooms and views too! The area outside is pretty rough though, but I'd come back a third time. Thank you.
