my room is at 2nd floor, you can smell someone smoking there, the wall is weak at sound proof, you can hear people speaking and even coughing at the room next to you, it is very noisy, they speak very loud , it was 11:30pm and then, i can smell the other guest smoking,and the smoke get into my room, i cannot sleep , i asked the staff to change my room at 12:00 mid night, then she arranged another twin bed room at 3rd floor, then problem solved.

Location of the hotel was wonderful, and the staff is friendly and kind

就在巴士站旁，交通方便，且公車站牌就在附近，要到重要景點很方便。飯店房間乾淨舒適，值得推薦。

The hotel reception helped us to arrange taxi and packed the breakfast for us as we are taking 0600 flight. Very helpful. It is a bit far from old town but very near the train station. We went for a day trip to Vilnius and so near train station is good in that sense.

位置近長途巴士站及火車站。員工態度良好，樂於提供意見及笑面迎人。房間空間適中，尚算簡潔。 冷氣不足，設施屬基本水平。

a great hotel and good price, lovely staff and breakfast

Hotel services are good, a supermarket and long-distance bus station were located beside, a large shopping Centre is 6 minutes apart on walking. It is a new hotel,all facilities are nice except disadvantage is limited to use Wi-Fi system.

Conforme aux attentes d'un hôtel Ibis. Petit-déjeuner bien varié. Une seule machine à café, donc une file quand comme nous il y a un car complet présent.

I stayed from Tuesday to Friday. My room wasn’t cleaned once. The toilet was leaking and the bathroom overall was in bad condition. Do not recommend.

Staff were fantastic, lobby is clean with some places to dwell. Location great, next to bus station and 5 mins from train station. Breakfast ok (coffee awful) Bed and Pillows really uncomfortable. Shower not great. WiFi virtually non-existent.

Great location and lovely staff

Clean room Building is being renovated and all the cosmetic stuff are being redone. The staff is friendly I needed a quiet room and I was upgraded to 3rd floor. I recommend the hotel.

Good convenient location close to the main coach and rail stations for Kaunas. Nice modern hotel.

Transport links are excellent

Fint til prisen. Perfekt lokation. Lige ved bus og tog station. 1.5 km til centrum ( max 4 euro med BOLT)

Positives: - Double bed mattress - Decent wifi - Good storage for clothes - Modern look in room - Friendly receptionist - Clean environment - Good area - SmartTV Negatives: - Needs more hook storage in bedroom and bathroom - No plug sockets besides the bed - No shelf storage in bathroom - Only 1 rubbish bin that's kept in the bathroom - Housekeeping doesn’t: --- replace the dirty mugs with clean one --- clean the floor The hotel's website needs to update what amentities they have as they say they provide slippers and robes, which I asked for and they don't anymore. Before arrival I asked if there was a kettle and a mini fridge, they said there wasn't a fridge but they could offer a spare kettle. I decided to take my own travel kettle in case as I would rely on it a lot. They provided me with a kettle though even though they couldn't guarantee it. I asked if I could have a room near the lift and they did give me a room however it was an accessible room. It was spacious and the bathroom was basically a wet room. While there are handrails to hold on to, there was no seat or ledge built in to sit on and the floor had no anti-slip feature meaning that I almost slipped and fell when having a shower. I had to keep one of the towels on the floor to stand on to prevent slipping. There is a good hairdryer though. Also the bathroom products are 3-in-1 bottles; hair, body and handwash. One placed at the shower and one at the sink. Overall it's a nice place to stay short term.

Large and clean room, quick check in midnight time, central location close to train and bus stations
