Ystävällinen henkilökunta! Huone oli likainen ja pölyinen. Aamiaisella oli kiva kun oli gluteenitonta leipää tarjolla!

Only stayed for one night but staff were great and the hotel is comfortable and in a good location - excellent stay and reasonable price.

The hotel around Europe is great some very small but comfortable the main reason I picked your hotel because your staff are wonderful and I will always thank them every day

The room was clean but not so much the bathroom. Staff was polite and friendly.

Room was clean and tidy. Tita at the desk spoke great English and was very attentive and helpful. She helped us on multiple occasions on our stay and gave advice on the local area

Best point of the hotel is its close proximity to Kaunas bus station and train station to reach other parts of Lithuania. Room was cozy and neat, and I could see buzzing road outside through window. Little amenities given but it’s not a big problem in my case. However, constant small noise of ventilation has hindered my sleep since I’m pretty sound sensitive person. Maybe other rooms are fine but this was small shortcoming of my stay.

The room was kinda small and basic, but fine enough if the rest had been great but it wasn’t. We got a room on the fifth floor facing the street, so it was really noisy. Mattresses on the hard side. No safe in the room, no kettle, no fridge. The plugs were only on one of the sides of the beds. Towels thin and worn out. Only one single small garbage bin which was placed in the toilet. The room could definitely use another bin!! Two out of five days we didn’t get cleaning even though we put the sign on the door. One of the times they sent the housekeeping so we waited 15-20 min in the reception, which was okay. The other time the housekeepers already went home so we couldn’t dispose our garbage anywhere (we had ordered takeout the day before so we really were annoyed). Also, I had to ask for extra hand towels almost every day as this apparently isn’t part of the package (?) So I’m supposed to dry my body in the same (thin) towel that I dry my hands in. Great location with a lot of bus connections but also kinda noisy because of the all traffic. Ear plugs are a must for this hotel. Super market really close and there’s also a great pizza place. But that’s pretty much it.

Good basic hotel near to all the things you need

When selecting a hotel to stay in whilst visiting a city you have never visited before you rely on the facilities the hotel promises. The Ibis Kaunas Centre failed to deliver on many counts. The promised bar didn't exist, the promised restaurant was never opened. This is despite adverts for their tasty food in their lifts only breakfast was served. My room was never cleaned during my 5 day stay; indeed my waste bucket wasn't even emptied. Perhaps most disappointing was that despite pre-arrival requests for check in information, no mention was made by the hotel about the promised facilities being unavailable; nor indeed were we given the option of cancelling our reservation with a full refund so we could go somewhere that did offer the facilities we required. Staff were completely disinterested in my complaints. Poor customer service and a hotel that simply did not provide what it advertised. Very poor.

団体客がいて、いやな予感はしたが、朝食でバイキングに行ったら食べ物がほぼなかった。サラダなどスタッフのおばさんにリクエストしたが、もうないとのこと。 団体客が来るのなら、ちゃんと仕入れをしてほしかった。
