房間寬敞乾淨。大堂工作人員總是熱情友善。飯店位置極佳，步行不遠即可到達海濱，您可以悠閒地散步；步行約10分鐘即可到達Topspot美食廣場，那裡有美味的海鮮。

凌晨一點還在裝修，真是讓人心煩。 廁所太大，而且離得遠，拿衛生紙很不方便。應該放在左邊。 浴室掛衣服的地方不夠。 借雨傘需要簽借據。 提供旅遊資訊手冊。

非常令人印象深刻，但在餐廳吃早餐時，服務員清理餐桌的速度很慢，而且飲料杯空了也沒有更換。

乾淨整潔，員工友善，而且靠近河流和文化節。

This hotel is directly in front of Carpenter Street. Walkable distance to Riverbank! Excellent room cleaning service and staffs are very friendly! I love their breakfast, especially the Sarawak Laksa! Yummy with fresh and juicy prawn! Highly recommend!

Club room was great—exclusive check-in/out, next to Plaza Merdeka, a mall. Walking distance to the waterfront. All staff were friendly. Our view from the room was the prominent Dewan Undangan Negeri Sarawak. Watched water and fireworks show, sunset, and sunrise from our room that has a tall window.

One of my family's favourite hotels and the 2nd time I booked it. When I enter the room, my 1st impression is the cleanliness of the room and toilet. That is my first priority if I booked a hotel. My room was on the 9th floor and from my view of the city, can see traffic jammed everywhere. Actually, I booked a room of the wrong type and should book Deluxe Twin but I booked Premier Deluxe Twin Family which that room suitable for a big family of 6 people! 🤣 bed is so big for me. No wonder the receptionist ask a confirmation type of room. Check-in 2 person but booked family room. 🤣 But luckily for me I got a discount through the app, which means I paid cheaper than what I expected price actually and no breakfast included. (The app now do room promotions discounts until 50 %) Better than other agents' prices and I recommend booking through this app! 😝 The amenities inside the room are complete and all adequate, the size of the room is very spacious and large. So for a big family, I recommend booking this type of room and no need for an extra bed. The receptionist staff service is very professional and friendly and close to Plaza Medeka mall and Waterfront Kuching. Easy to food hunting nearby walking distance. Overall I'm satisfied and worth paying for a short trip! ⭐.

All facilities are in a good conditions, comfortable & clean. But there is one thing I would like to comment, there 's quite a lot of ants on the wall. Please take the necessary action. Thanks.

Fast check in and very friendly staff. I love the pool, but a bit frustrated as my kids can't swim at the pool. The pool was close because hotel had function at the evening. Next day the they managed to swim.

Strategik sangat2. 3x datang ke kuching, anak2 akan request hotel yang sama kerana bilik yang sangat selesa dan apa yang best aktiviti kami untuk membeli belah xperlu naik kereta hanya jalan kaki jer. Hotel yang sangat bersih dan saya bagi 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ sepanjang berada di hotel ni. Sarapan pon banyak menu yang sedap. Uolls yang nak kan tempat yang dekat dengan segala2nya boleh duduk kat sini. Recommended sangat2.😍
