The hotel room view very nice ,u can hear the natural voice~ sea and bird. The restaurant also good , can try the mexico food ,and the staff very friendly to recommend the food & good service. One more, i should thank you the recepcion men~Fernando Rodriguez again in here. Autully i only stay one night at this hotel, and other 3day i stay at other hotel, and my fd leave the iphone charge in the room, he is a good guy. He was send the charge to our hotel by himself. Thanks so much.

We greatly enjoy our annual trip there. Beach and pool are great. Food in restaurant us very good. Same staff who are wonderful

The staff was courteous, they accommodated a room change to have access to improved wifi, the pools were well maintained and there were activities available. Unfortunately, the elevator in our building was out of order for the last five days! As seniors with breathing concerns, this seriously impacted our ability to use amenities.

En la torre que nos tocó estaba algo descuidada y con poco aseo. La habitación pasable. Eso sí tiene buena atención el personal y la playa muy agradable.

Staff 10/10 friendly but they are short staffed so it takes a while to get anything. Especially the restaurant and pool area it took 30-45min to get food or drinks. Food quality 5/10, room 7/10- they’re large but need updating. The beach access and quality 3/10. So many rocks!!! You definitely can’t be barefoot. I prefer sandy beach. So if you do too, this place isn’t for you.

It's an old resort, that needs renovations, but it's very well located with gorgeous ocean views,and ideal to relax Friendly staff ,kitchen very slow, food almost OK

Este es un lugar excepcional si tu plan es disfrutar, relajarte y recibir un servicio de EXCELENCIA, el lugar cuenta con una piscina natural hermosa, gracias a los barrera que ahí hay , la piscina tiene una temperatura muy agradable en cualquier momento del día , así que este lugar lo Super Recomiendo… y hago una extensa felicitación por el servicio tan cálido y profesional de todos los colaboradores del hotel , especialmente la Gerente Yoselin, el supervisor de actividades acuáticas , las personas de recepción , quien te ayuda con el equipaje en este caso Andy, en fin no quiero omitir a nadie TODOS hacen que te sientas como en casa. Así que es una fórmula perfecta: unas instalaciones de primera más un servicio de excelencia!! Seguramente regreso sin duda en mi siguiente visita a Puerto Vallarta! Mi familia y yo muy agradecidos por todas las atenciones recibidas, así que no lo dudes y date la oportunidad de vivir esta experiencia

This is really a gem of a resort! We were greeted upon arrival by the valet right in front of the lobby. The lobby is modern with a great view of Banderas Bay. The staff at the front desk welcomed us with smiles and checked us in efficiently Our room on the 8th floor was spotless, equipped with a nice kitchen, coffee maker (with a complimentary coffee package), full size fridge/freezer, stove, microwave and all the necessary equipment to be able to make meals. The room was well lit and tastefully decorated with a large flat screen TV. The AC worked great. The king bed was very comfortable with plenty of good pillows. We both slept very well. The balcony overlooked the protected beach and had an expansive view of Banderas Bay. The bathroom and shower (with good pressure) were spotless. During our stay the room maid kept everything clean with fresh towels every day. We ate breakfast every morning at the restaurant by the pool. The service was very good and everything we had was well prepared, fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. There is a convenience store right off the lobby with an ATM inside that was well stocked and very reasonably priced. The grounds and amenities were all very nice and kept clean. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. If you are driving you will really appreciate the ample free parking in front of the hotel! This hotel has proven to be a great value, in a very good location and I am looking forward to staying here again.

This place is lovely! I was initially a bit worried, but I'm glad I decided to stay here. The customer service was excellent throughout my visit. While the food at the restaurant isn't the best, the local cuisine is just a 15-minute drive away. I enjoyed my stay in a two-bedroom suite with my three kids and parents; it was perfect for our larger family. I will definitely come back here soon!

Me encanta por la playa y la alberca climatizada ademas q todas las habitaciones tienen vista al mar

Tuvimos una estadía súper linda. Si bien el hotel se nota es de cierta antigüedad, el personal y su buena atención eleva las ganas de quedarte y disfrutar el momento. La playa es es de piedras pero el agua llega con menos olas y es muy divertida para los niños. Se pueden ver los peces y eso es muy relajante. La comida del restaurante está abundante y a buen precio para ser de hotel. Tuvimos suerte que al llegar nos dieron una habitación mejor que la que contratamos y estuvo muy cómoda.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean just not in the best shape.
